Good product

I recently purchased a Fire-Boltt smartwatch, and while the watch body is impressive with a sleek design and sturdy build, the quality of the watch straps is disappointing. The straps feel cheap and local, lacking durability and comfort. They do not match the premium look of the watch itself, which affects the overall experience.

For me, everything is working fine. I have checked the heart rate reading, it's pretty accurate. Also looks great with the crisp AMOLED display. The straps on the other hand feels light and could have been better but for the price of 999, it's a steal.

Don’t buy this watch, rather don’t but anything from this esteemed company. I am writing this on 25/04/2025, 7 months after the INITIAL purchase. This might get long but here’s my experience: The watch that was delivered to me had a problem with the display and I was lucky that the company accepted the fault (you’ll know why u am telling I was lucky) and they replaced the watch. After they sent me a new watch, the belt just came off and I could not get it fixed myself or at any watch repair shop. After several emails, they accepted a return and fixed the watch and sent it back to me. After a while, the vibration in the watch stopped and i placed a service request on their portal. The categories mentioned didn’t have anything related to my problem. Hence I had to try changing the problem category after every time they rejected the request. They were not able to understand a simple thing that i am not asking for a replacement, I am simply asking for a service to get this fixed at any of their store/ service Center which I don’t think they have. Fed up i started my search on google and fixed it myself. I am writing this review today because the sensor cover that touches the wrist just came off today. This shows the quality of their product. I am so fed up with their standardised replies on their website that I am not going to raise a request. Till the time the watch works I’ll use it after which it will go straight to the bin.

Smartwatch is good but battery backup not good it will discharge in 2-3 days of use I was purchased 3 days ago smart discharge today i was charged today. And colour is going in 2-3 days of uses this is very bad but according to price this watch is very excellent i purchased in 899 I am very happy thanku Amazon and our fireboltt for making this watch luxury

Looks and features are awesome 👍, u can go for it, i got it for ₹1150 in offer ate this price it is value for money , using from 1 month, battery also running good(7-8 days), if not on *always screen on display*

I am using this watch from last 1 year . The watch is very good metallic build. It feels like premium watch in this watch everything is good 👍🏻 but 1 small problem. The problem is the watch battery is not long lasting. Once you do full battery the battery is discharge in 3,4 four day with call alerts. And you off your call alerts then this watch works for an 1 weak and 3 days.

This is my 2nd Luxe Smart watch from Fire Boltt The watch is on lighter side than Luxe Smartwatch 181 model. While thats a positive side, there are very less watch faces and customisation are limited. More watch faces are needed, fire Boltt should add an upgrade.
