Essential Plus 1-0-1 (32 Ounces)

I watched a landscaper on YouTube for a while and he swore by the stuff... I figured I'd try it out as my backyard has been rough this year! It was easy to use. The bottle will go a long way, I didnt even use 1/3 of it. YouTube guy was right! This added so much green to my yard in just 5 days! Love love love it! Will be using this from now on! My yard is still a work in progress but this was definitely a step in the right direction!

I stumbled across this product in a video online and thought I would give it a try as my yard was struggling to get established again from drought conditions. I used essential plus and Monterey Iron Combo (available on Amazon) applied and continued with my normal watering schedule. After a week or so it turned a nice deep green then 3 weeks after the application I hit it with fertilizer. The pictures are the day of application and one month after. Ordered another couple quarts for next month. Highly recommend

I live in Canada and my lawn has suffered through winter with snow mold and winterkill. I waited a few weeks before I applied this hoping that some sun and moisture might help the grass. It did help some and eventually I did some reseeding and sod replacement. When I applied this I did notice after about a week that my lawn was a deeper green and looked so much healthier. So, I guess my original reason for buying it was to try and repair what I thought was dormant grass and it did not really work but, it has given my lawn new life

I used it to spot treat heat damaged spots in my new Zoysia lawn. I used a hand pump sprayer. Saw big improvement in 10 days. Grass that looked dead was green. I’ve been spot treating problems once a month after the first application.

Early heat wave wreaked havoc on my lawn. Did some reading and video watching and came across this product. Found this, had some very good reviews, gave it a shot. So glad I did. The pictures are before and 1 week after with some light watering. Just did a second treatment.With the 32 oz bottle you will get about 8000 square feet of coverage so plan accordingly.I will be buying another bottle or two just in case it gets away from me again.Don’t worry about the smell, it’s not that bad and the results are well worth it.Another note, I can push a screw driver to the handle after, before it would sink about 2 inches before needing some serious pressure to drive further.

Failed to produce as describe

Took 2-3 wks to work. I still have some spots, but maybe I missed an area. Will try again . Where I coated it well, it worked. CORRECTION: this week..all the brown spots are back..this product doesn’t work!

Stinks to high heaven, but it works like an angel! My zoysia never looked like this and add a grub infestation this spring, I thought I was going to have to buy sod. Nope! It took more than three weeks but well worth the wait.
