First time, Price Watchers sent the wrong one and made me send the wrong one back. Then, the replacment one they sent had the back panel literally melted & fused to the remote, so....I can’t get the batteries in. Exhausting and I’m not making another trek to UPS to send back another remote so I guess I will just invest my time & effort in trying to become telekinetic so I may operate my TV from afar. Thanks, Price Watchers!

Very disappointed. The remote that arrived, while (allegedly) the same model/part # as my original remote, did not have all the same features. Could not access any of the programs/channels on Samsung's SmartHUB with it. Had to return.

Remote control easy to use. It’s great value for money.

Thought this one would work. It didn't. Wrong remote. No fault of it's own, just didn't work w/my T.V.
