Reviewing the product after 6 months of usage. I’m very impressed with the product. Simple plug and play DIY installation. Setting up the dashcam was straight forward. Touch screen is very responsive which makes setting the dashcam very easy. The build quality of the main dashcam unit and the secondary camera unit is good. Now talking about the performance of the unit, the bootup time of the dashcam is very short and quick which makes the unit to start recording within few seconds from the time it gets power. The main dashcam unit records a very good 4k video which is clear, crisp and sharp enough to identify the Registration plates of the vehicles right in front of you irrespective it to be in the day or night . The only down side I faced is the video recorded by the rear camera, which is not as crisp and sharp as the front main camera unit. Hence my score on the whole dashcam setup is 9/10.

The video quality is excellent, both front and rear, and it works very reliably. Unfortunately, recently a rat damaged the wire of my camera. I contacted the customer service team and explained the issue. Their response was amazing. They told me, "No issue sir, we will solve your problem." When I asked about the cost, they said there would be no charge because I am their customer and they value customer satistaction. I truly appreciate their support, professionalism, and quick help. Great product and even better customer service. Highly recommended!

The video quality is super with accurate GPS and speed details. It's a very good camera. But, the suction mount has lost it's function after use of 1 year and 5 months. And my dashcam refuses to stick now. The company is humbly requested take a look in to the matter and sort it out.

Write a review After using for 5 months i could say there are no problems found in this Redtiger Dashcam. The suction cup is getting loose now and then even after using 3M tape. No other major issues with the performance.
