I have started a podcast series online and didn't want to invest too much into equipment, this is a great but of kit with good value for money, it only comes with one mic so if you need a second one you'll have to purchase separately. Very easy to use and it lets you skip between microphones, quality of sound is good but I'd recommend a decent audio recording application. Definitely recommend for any podcaster.

Build quality is very poor. Microphone has some very bad interference too, not audible if the microphone is muted. Output by 3.5mm is only in mono and not dual channel.

This is my 1st forage into live recording, blogging and editing recordings.comes with so many accessories, will connect to pc, laptop and mobile.My laptop is a bit old so didnt have an OTG C USB connection but it did connect successfully via bluetooth. The easiest way is to go into settings, bluetooth and search for devices then pair and connect.My samsung 24 connected via OTG easily. There is also an iphone lead in the pack.I messed about with instagram reels that can be remixed, media on my laptop and about to delve into microsoft clipchamp. Of course there are plenty of apps to choose from, many listed in the instructions.The microphone is good quality, lear and sharp recordings. You can even change your voice completely, switch off your own voice in your ear. You can even record your own video games voiceovers.I like the fact this is nice and neat, compact and easy to store in my camper.So enjoy and have fun.I will load more updates with time and experience.

LILUOSUO Podcast Equipment Bundle with audio mixer and BM800 microphone. This is a decent beginner level sound mixer for a budding podcast host and is reasonably priced considering the quality. It contains everything you need to get started and has a 3.5mm jack and USB C connectivity. The microphone isn't the best but it's functional enough to start out with. It's a versatile piece of kit and is a decent starting point to learn how to use setups such as this.

This is a bit of fun - if only in trying to find out how it works. The instructions are awful - physically awful in that the print is tiny, and unintelligibly awful as well. The kit seems to be fairly well made - the microphone is chunky and seems robust. It comes with its own stand and pop-shield. The quality of the sound is good through my own headphones. As far as I can tell the mixer does what it is supposed to do. If you know how to use this sort of kit you will have a head start. Coming to it as a musician and sound recordist/engineer it was hard work. Whether ot not that hard word is worthwhile is still an open question. Finding, unexpectedly, that it was battery powered, charged via USB C was a bonus.

If you're wanting to try a bit of podcast recording or generally experiement with audio then this is a good place to start. You can use it with a computer or phone, so really accessible no matter the device you have.You can't expect amazing audio from a product at this price point. But it is a very good place to start your journey. The kit is nicely designed and presented, but does feel plastic and cheap. Casing isn't everything of course, the tech inside is really what matters. Two microphone inputs is a great feature, making it easier to have two of you talking. You also don't have to use the included microphone so you can always upgrade things as you go and experiment.Don't expect much from the documentation, a lot of this will be figuring things out for yourself. But isn't that part of the fun with a product like this (less so with a bookcase!).If you're just dipping your toe in the water then start here, but be aware that you may well want to upgrade fairly quickly if you're really going for high quality recordings - but the battery power means that maybe this could end up your roaming rig when you get a better setup at home / work.
