Faringdon Set Of 6 Ice Balls

I do a lot of walking & cycling, and usually wear a  water reservoir  on my back. Unfortunately, with the heat from my back and if it is a sunny day, the water soon warms up and I end up drinking quite warm water, which is not something I enjoy when I am parched.These little beauties sit in your freezer until needed and I also keep a jug of  filtered water  in the fridge so I can fill the reservoir and add the Ice Balls at the same time. Usually they keep the water cool for around four to six hours.They also fit into a  1.5L Stainless Steel Food Flask  and keep drinks cool for up to twelve hours, which is useful for picnics and days out.

Disappointed not to find them to be stainless steel (or something similar) as I thought they would be from the pic. They just don't seem to stay frozen for very long. But they do keep the drink fairly cold (eventually). I do need to look for something else though, this item does not do exactly what I want.

great, just as expected

I'm very pleased with this product - i have bought it as an extra little gift to tag onto my brother's birthday present. The Ice Balls have come in a plastic wrapping attached to card (like batteries would be) which isn't the most aesthetically pleasing for a present but then for the price I didn't expect it to be. The main thing is quality which looks great and there are good concise instructions for use on the back. For the price I think they are a great little product and will solve the problem of watering down good whisky with ice cubes. Great sellor too - product arrived very quickly.

Not great. Makes marginal difference and small enough to make you worry about swallowing one. Used a few times but thrown away now.
