I took it for an international trip and the cool last for 12 hours. That was enough for me to found a frizzer. I also like the idea that show temperature, that helps a lot.

This is a beyond excellent product. I transported my medication on a 10 hour flight from London to Portland, Oregon. I put my meds in the case at 10 am and I used a hard ice block like you do in lunchs. Then I added loose ice in a zip lock bag around my meds and closed this case up. It maintained a temperature from 32 to 37 the entire flight. I was stopped at London Heathrow airport through security wanted to me to open the case up to inspect. The case went up to 41 degrees but then when I closed it went back down to 33 degrees. My medication was in the case for 15 hours. I arrived home and it was still cold. DO NOT HESITATE to buy this case if you are worried. It will work. Just pack in an ice pack and pack it tight with loose ice around in a small zip lock. I am so thankful I bought this.

Although TSA did not refuse them, they were flagged Every-time I went through security. So expect some additional screening. The cold packs did a great job of keeping meds cold for a 6 hour total flight time. The RX area is very small. I had to be careful not breaking the vial with the hard ice packs.

This product worked reasonably well but it is advertised as TSA approved. This isn’t accurate as the gel packs did not pass the security inspection when I was traveling on an international flight. They were confiscated as suspicious. I’d recommend only putting it checked luggage. Now I have to replace the gel packs and they are expensive for what they are.

I purchased this bag to carry injections that I need to take which are more bulky than insulin pens. I think I can get about 4 to 5 injections in at the most. My injections need to be refrigerated so it will keep them cool in transit until I can access a fridge. Quite pleased with the product. Generally I wish these bags were made bigger for people like me that have to carry bulky injections and not insulin ones.

O produto é muito bom. Cabe, com conforto, 3 canetas de Mounjaro. Mantém a temperatura por bastante tempo. Fiz uma viagem longa, mais de 10 horas, e não tive nenhum problema. A entrega demorou mais que o previsto, mas acredito que demorou por ser um produto importado, mas valeu muita a pena. Com isso, finalizo esta avaliação com 5 estrelas, recomendo.
