The product is great and impresses friends when they see it. But, I love the tech of it. It was a bit different to get the 3-way to work properly, you really need a 4/w ground wire rather than the normal 3/w ground. Works great with our google home except for dimming with the Google doesn’t work but can create timers with the Google assistant for it.

Easy to install if you take the time to know what the hell your doing.

Product was easy to install and looks awesome. The display is sharp and clear. Has a blue back light that shines a blue halo around the switch to let you know it's on. The motion detection is right on as well

Love The modern look but it did stop working after a few months But the company got ahold of me right away and let me know to reboot it. I miss on understood and disconnected it from alexa, and reconnected it and thought that was how to reboot it, but there's actually the little switch on it is the reboot. You just turn it off and on and then it starts working again. Also, they sent me another one for free because I didn't think this one was working, but the reboot seemed to fix it.

Raise your hand if you're dying of eyesight letting harsh overhead lights kill you! This WiFi dimmer from ELEGRP is going to be the game changer. In the first place, it has a tiny screen that can be easily used even by a caveman. Good grief, who needs a dimmer switch when you've got the power to simply finger a slider for a sucker-soft glow? Goodbye blinding brightness! However, the coolest part is that you can do all that from your phone using Alexa or Google! In mood to stay on the couch? Just say that you need a chill mode by telling the virtual assistant. In fact, you can even set customized schedules so that the lights slowly brighten up to wake you up in the morning. Now that's luxury! But all is not the end of the story, the best part is: It comes with no hub required. Do I hear you correctly? No more giving money to frivolous stuff anymore. Just a simple, straight-forward smart lighting at your touch. My one and only regret was not buying a dimmer for the ELEGRP earlier. And I believe that I will no longer experience a rapid darkening of my eyes every time I step into a room.

Tried it every way imaginable on a 3 way and it continues to somehow turn the circuit into a two way with one of the switches having to be on for the other to work, it also does not save any time settings. Just outside of the ridiculous return window Amazon provides so I am out of my $$. Loved the way this looks just wish it worked. It is worth noting the wiring instructions for this were nowhere close to any of the other 3 way smart dimmers I have installed. This will now go to the trash and I’ll but the TP Link product.

**UPDATE 05/26/2024** Seller reached out within a few days and sent a replacement unit. It appears I was sent a previously returned item so I am updating my review after installing the replacement today. Overall, this is nice looking device and if you're looking to integrate IOT devices into your house management through programs like Alexa or Google Home, this is one of the better looking ways to do that. However, I do find several aspects of the device function disappointing. For one, the time will not adjust out of the 24 hr clock - I'd like it to be a 12 hr clock but there appears to be no way to do this. Also, I find the fact that the app itself has no problem indicating the temperature (on your phone), but there appears to be no way to have the device also do so via its display. I really don't need to know if it is sunny or cloudy outside - I can see that for myself by just looking out the window... Having it display the temperature for my location would be waaaaay more valuable. Finally, this replaced a cheaper dimmer that was in this spot and I had no issues with lights flickering even down to 1%. This device, however, seems to be unable to dim the lights below 25-30% without pretty annoying flickering. This is also disappointing. I will be replacing the LEDs that this is connected to but I like I said, the old one didn't;t have any issues with flickering. There are a couple of other tiny things about the app function that were bothersome as well but overall the function there was at least sufficient and connecting the switch to my network via the app was very straightforward. In the end, I just think that so much about this could be better. The clock thing is really irksome. Seems like a such a simple option to have and I don't understand how this got through product testing without it. The flickering part for dimmed lights is deal breaker entirely for me and if the new lights I put in also have an issue, I will be uninstalling this. Again, had no issues with other dimmers so certainly one at this price point shouldn't either. **ORIGINAL REVIEW 04/26/2024** Wasted a better part of evening trying to get this to work. It did function *AT FIRST* but then suddenly the display would not turn on, I couldn’t get the app to connect to it, and the dimming function wouldn’t work either - flipping the on/off switch would turn the light off or full blast. For the brief 30 minutes it did work, I was disappointed with how low the dimmer went. 1% was not as dim as the previous Eaton dimmer. I hate doing electrical work to begin with, but this just really made me angry to go through all that to only have it fail. Overpriced garbage.

Had issue with display but figured out the slide switch was dimmed. Like product so far.
