Terrific softness and arch support
Just a couple of observations, 1. They actually fit into my boots without cutting them down. 2. They definitely cushion the space between your foot and the boot/shoe. 3. They seem to be the right amount of pillowy softness and firm support.I need solid arch support or my back hurts, but because it hasn't snowed yet this year, I haven't had a chance to really use and test these. I have purchased several other types of of insoles, but I'm obviously still looking for that great pair. This could be them.I will update my review once I wear them.

Seem comfortable, thick
These inserts are thick and I can't fit them and my feet in the shoes I needed them for. I actually couldn't fit them in any of my shoes. (Not that this means they're not any good, just didn't work for me.) Rating is based on how comfortable they seemed, though I wasn't actually able to wear them.

I wouldn’t say it worth it by. I work on concrete floors. It helped a little bit, but not enough. Maybe for others who don’t work on concrete.

Priced right, Comfort and Durable
I purchased these for my husband who has planters facetious and they work great providing a gentle massage while walking. They fit well in various shoes and offer good arch support. They are definitely worth the money and he says more comfortable than more expensive ones. They are good quality and very durable, they have maintain their shape and support over the past 6 monthsWill definitely buy again.

2 pack not 2 pair.
I love these insoles but it says 2 pack. In my opinion a 2 pack means 2 pair not 2 total insoles. I wanted 2 pair. Poor packaging. False advertising.

Feels like a massage.
I love these inserts. I have tried many and while it took me a day to get used to feeling like you are walking on bubbles they have exceeded my expectations. It almost feels like it's messaging my feet. I do usually get a 1/2 size bigger in a shoe to fit the inserts. This was no exception. Will buy again.
