Great delivery service. Updated each stage and delivered ahead of time. Very impressed with the delivery company they use as these days most courier companies never call or message. My delivery driver called , messaged and even gave me ETA with GPS location on the day. Very smooth transaction. Good quality product at very reasonable price. Was dubious when buying when reading reviews regarding assembling. But all reviews showed quality was good so I decided to give a try. In reality, Very easy to assemble. Put a brick underneath when assembling the chair! It works wonders as a leverage. Only took two of us less than 30mins to unpack, read manuals and put everything together. A great purchase, large, sturdy. The back of the egg does bang into the center piece while swinging, so need to adjust the angle.

Blisswood’s customer service has been appalling. I purchased two egg chairs advertised with removable, washable cushion covers. Due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect, the covers are actually sewn into the cushions, making them impossible to remove without cutting the cushions apart. Instead of acknowledging the fault, customer service claimed the defect had “developed over time” and was somehow caused by me. That’s not just inaccurate—it’s insulting. I’ve now started legal action against Blisswood Ltd and will be sharing my experience wherever I can. I expected far better from a company that refuses to stand behind its own products.

Nice chair took about 2 hours to put together when it should of only taken 30 minutes because of the chair itself, the frame is straight forward but try to line up the screw holes for the chair is a joke you have to push the sides together to get the bolts in and you would have to be a body builder to get them together. I was just about to put it back in the box to return then I thought I would try wood clamps to push them together and it worked but only just. I would never buy another one after this.
