This thing is great, I have my pen light, some pens, a pulseox and a few other tidbits stuffed in it. The zipper is better quality than I expected and it is holding up well, I abuse it.

It came wet and it smelled.
The amazon package that it came in was fine, but when I opened the plastic bag that the case came in the inside of it was wet. The label and outside of the case were wet too and the inside was completely soaked.
