Can you place them under the cat litter, my cat's dont like an enclosed box?

I would not do that as it is not designed for that purpose. I spray air freshener before I started using enclosed box. On my enclosed box I had to remove the door or they would not use it. I hope this helps.

Do these have fiberglass in them?

I do not know. I do know they do not fit the filter area in my cat box cover. Maybe they are meant to be cut?

How often do you have to replace them

I change every month. It's indoors and not very dusty in my area really. I think it depends on your area. Hope this helps.

Honestly I dont know... I have a Budda box and you need to cut them to fit but that was easy.. if yours measure near these its a good deal.. cuts very easly
