I love this shampoo (so much so that I have used on my own hair) The smells is not overpowering, it actually smells the ingredients used. My cat (Birman boy) has had no skin issues (skin rash or other reactions) to this shampoo. It has not artificial colouring. It does clean the fur (and my hair) nicely, making it glossier and softer.

Having tried a lot of different shampoos for our dog, who suffers with itchy skin, we thought we’d try this one. We’ve only used it once but our dog hasn’t scratched once in four days since we used it. Yes it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for, and this seems to be great value for money. So good we bought the conditioner and spray conditioner too. They smell good too, not at all perfumy, just a nice smell.

It soaps well, I like the smell, my cat doesn't mind I think, he smells so sweet and feels so soft he's running away from me from all the cuddling. The softness wears off after 2-3 weeks as cat's taking it off with their little washes. I washed my cat twice with it so far, within 5 months, I have 90% of it still left - good buy,

Our 9 year old lab has seasonal itching in the spring, early summer. Mites and food intolerances have been excluded. It’s pitiful to watch, despite piriton he scratches like mad. Brushing helps with his dry skin but not much. This year, we have even bathing him with this weekly. You can tell when the end of the week is coming as his discomfort increases. After the bath, he is so much more comfortable. With thorough rinsing the product has not caused any build up of dandruff (in fact quite the opposite) or greasy fur etc. Normally he is not keen on being bathed but you can see the relief when he is being pampered, he gets quite snoozy.

Absolutely love this shampoo! I have used it on my cat and she comes out smelling beautifully. It's safer for her as it doesn't have any over powering smell or stuff. I love the fact that it has been tested on humans so I know it's safe for her. She comes out so soft and cuddly. I will definitely buy this again!!

Best shampoo ever, Recently one of my dogs was bitten by a Harvest mite, and suffered so badly , constantly scratching night and day. I tried several lotions, buy nothing really had much effect, so I tried this oatmeal one and it took a couple of washes, but it cleared it up. Good stuff.

うさぎに使ってます。マフがでかくて、特にお尻のメンテナンスが自分でできないので、2週に1度、手足とお尻を洗ってます。年齢も重ねてくると、もうお尻の毛は白には戻らず、少ししっかりした洗浄力が欲しくてシャンプーをこちらに替えました。白ではありませんが、久々キレイになった！オートミールの香りってゆうのが、やさしくて気に入ってます！日本にはないかんじ。乾かしたあとは、ふわふわです！リピートしまーす！
