It's really effective at keeping my blood sugar up during workouts. The orange taste is quite nice and not too sweet, it dissolves in water really easily. Easy to mix with other ingredients as well (e.g. creatine), and the tub lasts a fairly long time.

I use this before every workout. This works wonders. I have enough energy to last throughout my workout and I honestly feel I could do more. (But I don’t overtrain)

Has no taste at all, wouldn’t recommend

Very good carb powder, tastes ok (it’s a carb powder!), performs well under high endurance activities - 4-7 hours cycling. Definitely makes a difference and I’d say it’s better than normal maltodextrin mixes.

I've tried other brands of Cyclic Dextrin - I always come back to using Applied Nutrition. Mixes really well, new orange flavour is refreshing and tasty, a must for those intense workouts when you need a little boast in energy.

My PT recommended this. So much better than lucozade, sustained energy in workouts no gastric upset and tastes great. Recommended.

Taste nothing like it says its very bland and not satisfying at all. I rather I drink my own piss.
