Works great, love that it rolls up, easy to take to church potlucks.

When you look at the photos from this post, you see them "using" this to keep your plates of food warm. That isn't a practical application. That's going to keep the bottoms of your food warm. Or, at least the serving dish. So, I was a bit disappointed when I got mine and tried this out. If you are covering something, sure... that will trap heat and engulf all the food. Still not practical, but helpful. How they should be marketing this... Pizzas. To go foods. Anything with a container that can close.We used it for a birthday party with pizzas. It worked so well, that a few other family members ordered their own. If you have an outdoor gathering, especially in the fall. Get an extension cable, plug this in... get it warming up.It's not energy efficient, but it helps keep the pizza warmer longer!At $49... it's a bit spendy, but has it's value.

I have been using the traditional warming trays for years. I saw this one and I loved the idea of it rolling up and not taking up so much space. I was skeptical because it was so thin but after we had a Birthday party and I used it to keep food warm. It was great the temperature was even cleaning was easy. I will probably buy another one and get rid of my other warming trays

This warming mat has a large surface area, allowing you to warm multiple dishes simultaneously. It's easy to use as you simply plug the mat in, turn it on, and select your desired warming time and temperature. The temperature can be set between 60° and 100° C in 10° increments. The mat warmed quickly and held the desired temperature. The underside of the mat has a series of little feet to allow for airflow between the mat and the surface you've placed it on. There is a velcro strap to secure the mat when rolled up. A small roll of aluminum foil and a cutting tool were also included.The product listing indicates that this mat has a child lock feature and the ability to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, but the mat I received has neither of these features.

Easy to use. Plug in and turn on. Temperature can get pretty warm. Make sure you have a flat container to put meal in. No plastic.

I do a lot of events and keeping food warm using trays and stereo is just not effective for me. Plugging this mat in, choosing a temperature, and it is almost instantly hot is awesome. I hate the racks, water, and sterno flame so this mat removes all of the hassle and it cleans up and stores so easily. What a great option to keeping food warm!

I picked one of these up so when I attend potlucks for work or when we have food events, I can keep food warm. It does work well, but not as good as some glass top heating trays that I own. But the trade off is that this one can roll up, its easy to travel with and it doesn't take up a ton of space.It does get hot and it can cause burns so while it looks soft (which it is), be careful when using it and be sure that there aren't any children or people around unaware of what it is to help avoid any potential accidents.For the price I think its a great addition to a work office or break room and definitely helps around those holiday dinners for keeping mains and sides warm for many hours.
