This product is very poor quality and completely ineffective. It doesn’t do what it claims to do and had no noticeable effect at all. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend buying this product.

Fine but not expected too much

Not so effective. Don't think it has 10mg melatonin. Even 1mg is enough but this product has very very less melatonin it seems. Now foods,1mg melatonin is more effective.
