Can I use inside for bakance

I think you could use them if you have room. I practiced inside before using them out side. Even one inside could help with balance and you will stand very straight. Just be careful. Hope this helps

According to a research study by Knobloch in 2006, the highest rate of injury for walking poles is when a person is attached to the pole during a fall (through a strap), so this reason, we don't sell wrist straps or loops.

What is the recommended max weight of user?

The max weight of users for our Activator Poles is 250 lbs. The Activator2 Poles will work for someone who is up to 320 lbs.

is there a fee for returning these?

If you bought them from Amazon, they are very good about returns (my experience). I’m sure if you bought them directly the company would be helpful. Just call them.
