Functional and looks great!
Installing the awning wasn't a bad process and much easier than what manufacturers suggest (some modifications needed). The awning looks great with our 2011 Keystone Passport lite RV after installation! A suggestion with the instructions would be to either preform the plastic/rubber liner to a pencil shape or recommend to sharpen the liner to a pencil shape. With doing so would make installation much easier! Please feel free to contact me for info.

Shipped fast, everything was in the box as described.
Looked great went on fairly easy tahes 3 people to install to be safe and not damage material sliding it in the track. Watched a YouTube video. Only thing I thought is the one cord you have to install shouldn't be two pieces on wider awning it can be slid in front one end so you don't have to on wind both springs. Installer can always cut it if needed and slide in balance from opposite end. We squared the mating end and pushed both fro same end. Other than that it's as good as original.
