Effective and portable
I found the Releaf massage roller ball smooth and easy to use. It helped relieve soreness in my legs after running and I love using it as a heat therapy option in hot water. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality multi use massage tool.

Handy and good value
Initially bought this to see if it would help with tight quads after running (I use a foam roller for hamstrings and calves but struggle to use it effectively on my quads), it works well and is easy to use with varied pressure. My pregnant partner has also been using it on her back after soaking it in hot water and says the heat therapy is particularly soothing. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful to sore muscles
Has helped to ease tension in lower back muscles and aid relief to sciatica. Also good on arms. Have yet to try hot/cold, only used as it comes so far. Pleased with purchase

Excellent
Wanted something to stave off DOMS after the gym. Much better than an ice pack because I can get ice cold massage. Useful wee bag too to keep it clean and to take on the go.

Good, but bites if not careful!
It's pretty good and it keeps temperature for quite some time, only problem we've found is that it will bite you if not level
