I received my order after 4 days of ordering. I charged the batteries and installed into my Panasonic HC V700 and they fit perfectly and tightly. I also used the charger for my Panasonic included battery without issue. Really like the external charger and the battery did show time remaining in the LCD viewfinder. The external international plug converter and the car charger adapter is another big plus for traveling. Strongly recommend the product. Edited 11/05/2012 I have just bought and received another set (batteries and chanrger). It worked flawless and the batteries fit snuggly to the camcorder. So I am equipped now for 12 hours of battery time (5 batteries) and 192 GB (5 SD cards). I record at 1080/60P. All set for my long journey of switching lodging every night and may not have time to charge multiple batteries per night.

I bought this battery kit in August after buying a Panasonic Camcorder. I was going on a 3 week trip out of the country and would be in areas that didn't have much electrical power and was looking for a charger that would work on 220 current and high capacity batteries so I wouldn't have to charge them as often. I knew from before I bought the camera that the Panasonic batteries were expensive and didn't have the capacity that these do. I had seen these batteries before I bought the camera and decided to buy these. I had a couple questions however and decided to write to Blue Nook. I was surprised how quickly they answered ( same day and 1 day). Bought the batteries thru Amazon and got the batteries within a couple days. Wow what service. Now for the batteries, the charger worked great and the batteries seemed to last a long time before having to be recharged. I can't give a time as far as hours because the camera was on a lot and I used the zoom a lot but they worked as I hoped. They take a while to charge from a dead position but they are high capacity and seemed to compare in charge time with the Panasonic battery. I am very satisfied with the batteries and the charger and Blue Nook and would definitely buy from them again which is why I give 5 stars.

I bought this battery for the Panasonic HC-V720, because the V700M and other similar Panasonic models were listed as working with these batteries. I was thinking, if they don't work I'm not out much, compared to the price of the genuine Panasonic high-capacity battery, the VW-VBT380. I paid $45.99 for two high-capacity batteries , supposedly equivalent to the VW-VBK360, plus a charger. The batteries would not fit into the camera, due to an extra tab in the middle of the negative (-) side of the battery. I removed the tab on both batteries but still got the error THIS BATTERY CANNOT BE USED, on both of them. Non-returnable of course, if modified! If you have an HC-V720, use the real thing, the VW-VBT380, even if it's $124.99, and you won't be throwing your money away!

When I purchased a new Panasonic camcorder (HC-V700M) , I was mildly amused (but mostly po'd) at how expensive additional OEM batteries were. So, Imagine my pleasant surprise when I found I could get two of these and a wall/car charger for half the price of a single new OEM battery. So, I ordered it .... Now, imagine how surprised I was to find out that they were in fact high-capacity batteries! And, the battery meter somewhat works too?! Note: My camera reports only 3 out of 4 bars with a fully charged battery, but the time remaining appears to be correct given what one would expect from their mAh rating. I could not charge the original Panasonic battery with the provided charger - I tried and got a red light on the wall charger. But I didn't expect that to work! So, besides a less-than-ideal/accurate battery meter graphic, what's the catch?! I'm still waiting to find out. As for now, I'm just plain impressed. The whole kit is well-made, well-packed, and the customer service seems to present itself quite professionally in the included materials. Thanks for a nice product that saves me $$!

I ordered this product based on the positive reviews from many others. It is a good value, but there are some things which are not quite what they appear. Here are some pros and cons Pros: 2 batteries, dual voltage charger, car adapter, compact size, charge time shows on camera display Cons: The batteries are both rated at 4,000 mAh. This compares to 1,700 mAh for the battery that came with my Panasonic JCV-500M. The OEM battery lasts about 2.5 hours, so I was expecting that the Wasabi batteries would last at least twice that much based on their mAh rating- but not so. Both batteries when fully charged show approximately 3 hours on the camera display and this was barely half an hour more than the OEM battery. The batteries are also about twice the size of the OEM battery so they stick out about half an inch from the back of the camera. I also had to order a replacement since the first unit I received came with a defective battery. Amazon does not sell this product directly, but they provided me with a prepaid shipping label and credited my account. What they could not do was simply replace the product as I requested. I had to order a new one, pay for it, and subsequently request a credit from Amazon for my first purchase. I am not sure if I will be happy with the product in the long run, but I decided to keep it since the pros outweigh the cons - but not by much.

Good backup batteries for Panasonic video camera. Provides more life than the original, and seems to be good quality. Great value with extra charger accessories, very practical.

I have bought this same battery and brand before and never had a problem. In fact I still have the old ones, and I just wanted to make sure I had NEW ones for the Holidays. Shame on this seller. They must be rejects for the price of New Quality Batteries. Good luck. Especially over the Holidays when you need them, and these don't work well, or charge completely and you miss those Holiday movies. I really would like my money back, and I will shop around, or replace them with brand new fully charging batteries.

Sorry, I haven't measured or kept track of the hours of operating time that I get out of the battery before it is fully discharged. But I can tell you that I am fully satisfied with the general result: a single charged battery provided all the power I needed during ordinary usage (a few hours of intermittent record/playback time) each day during my Southern California vacation last week. Batteries easily charged in the handy wall-unit recharger, with fold-out prongs for easy storage. So, I alternated batteries daily and always had a fully charged spare battery, just in case it was ever needed. Also, as one of the other reviewers mentioned, the battery charge level properly showed up on the camcorder - just like it should have if it was an original Panasonic battery. 5 stars! BTW, I own an HDC TM-55K and an HDC TM-80K. The batteries fit both models perfectly. No problems with battery fitting either model. * * * * * EDIT: I forgot to mention, Customer Service at Blue Nook was great. I called them on a Monday to ask for expedited shipment because I was worried about receiving the package before leaving on vacation the next week. However, the Customer Service agent suggested that I save my money. He was confident that I would get the package just as quickly via standard shipment because of the way parcels are air-flown to Hawaii. He was right - I received the shipment on Wednesday, less than 48 hours from the time I called!

Great additional item bought to extend the run time of the camera and allow off camera charging. Would recommend it

Fit snugly into the camera and give you twice the battery life. Also, the estimated battery time and indicator does work and is close to reality. I seriously can't complain on any aspect of the product.

Purchased the batteries and charger for a HD Panasonic HC-V500 and it works great. Battery monitor on the camera shows 4hrs on a full charge. Yes I recommend these batteries

The Batteries are good/excellent but the charger adaptor to UK mains is very poor - not fitting even shaver sockets.

Charger does not look charging and has red lights all the time (tried and same result with both batteries & one I had with camera), however good thing is that if I plug it to HDC-TM90 camera it looks like it is charging and charging light turns off showing that battery is fully charged. Another issue is that when after fully charging I take battery off and attach it back to the camera it immediately reads battery level lower by 20%. It is same with both batteries. Not sure if it is due to battery or how camera reads it. Will take some time for testing how long batteries last compared to original one I had with purchase of camera
