Organics Ocean One-Per-Day Himalayan Shilajit Capsules, 30 Capsules

I have been taking Shilajit supplements for the past 6 months. I've been taking Shilajit to help my body absorb calcium supplements, because your body needs estrogen or a replacement like Shilajit to direct calcium to your bones. The results have been that my bones and joints that have been aching for the past year are no longer aching. Whether that relief is due to increasing calcium absorption or shilajit's anti-inflamatory properties is yet to be seen. In 6 more months I'll have another DEXA scan to medically confirm this. BUT additionally my cortisol belly has completely melted away due to Shilajit anti-sreess factors and I am wearing clothes that haven't fit in quite a while.

UPDATING : So I previously gave 1 Star because of the strong chemical odor in my bottle. I couldn't contact the seller thru Amazon, so I left seller feedback about the issue. Then the seller emailed me and offered to replace the item. The replacement arrived yesterday, and I'm relieved it didn't have any of the chemical smell from before. I am pleased with this replacement. This most recent bottle I bought has a super strong chemical odor. The last bottle I bought, and the other supplements I’ve purchased from here I’ve been perfectly fine… but this particular bottle smells so strong that there’s no way I feel safe taking those. Supplements are not eligible for return, and I can’t figure out how to get a replacement on here. I’m irritated that I dropped $40 for a defective bottle

The rumors are true! I’ve been taking these for one month now and I have already reordered to continue taking. It does have a slightly peppery taste initially but it quickly dissipates. It seems to slowly bring you into a focused state of mind and allow you to clearly think your way through the day without that “fog” you get from daily stresses or fatigue. I don't get an energy rush but i do feel more awake and well rested. It’s definitely a viable and productive and well worth the cost.

Teses are a little pricey and I'm not sure what they do for me, but I feel good while taking them so I will continue for a while longer.

I've tried 4 other shilajit supplements in the past, and this is the first shilajit supplement I've taken where I feel actual results. I have more and longer-lasting energy, a higher libido, and I've also noticed more restful sleep as well. There are no messy pastes to contend with, or multiple capsules. Just one easy to swallow capsule per day.

Easy to swallow but too soon to say if it’s working as expected.
