This is my first experience with the supplement Trigonellen-Methylated Niacin. So far, I like it. I've had no negative side effects, the single capsule per day is easy to take and I feel it gives me more energy and focus, although that is hard to measure. I'm especially interested in supplements that are pure, clean and third-party tested. This one checks off all those boxes for me. It also purports to offer anti-aging properties, which I also find of great interest.I'll continue with my daily dosage, as I like this supplement a lot. The bottle is a 90 day supply. I think this is a good value for what you get though, TBH, I did not do any price comparisons with similar products. It seems affordable to me.

The brand seems well-established and legitimate, and does engage in some third-party testing. I have not yet noticed any significant benefits from taking the supplements, but it's always hard to tell with supplements like this. In any case, it doesn't seem to do any harm. The price seems reasonable and comparable to other sellers. If you're interested in Trigonelline, I think this is a good option.

I am really enjoying the way I feel with my usage of this methylated niacin. I don't absorb niacin - I don't methylate it on my own. So this is such a helpful supplement. I find it to be incredibly effective for my overall metabolism and cellular health. Most of all, I feel better.
