Light failed within three weeks
We purchased two boxes of lights. The first box of lights failed within the first three weeks. We contacted the company directly as the Amazon return window had closed but they were still on warranty. The company refunded us the amount of the lights. We then tried the second box and they also failed within a couple of weeks. We contacted the company again - they said they would refund the second box also but never did and have stopped answering our messages. We sent photos and videos of both sets showing they failed. I would not recommend these lights to anyone. We were happy with the initial response from the company but now nothing from them on the second box. They should not offer a 12 month warranty if they are not planning on honoring it.
