No pieces missing. All sterling silver which was great cause I am allergic to fake metal. All of it was exact size and had zero skin irritation (everyone is dead though). The jewelry is super cute and I loved wearing them and know I hav back up too however I didn’t really need all those different one just certain ones but it’s such affordable price I couldn’t pass on it tbh lol. Also I just re-pierced my nose for the umpteenth time and it’s super sharp went through pretty quick and the perfect size as well.

I pierced my septum with this kit, and it went really smooth. the needles are sharp, it comes with alcohol pads, and is overall good for minor piercings. but, the septum jewlery size i got was a 14g, not a 16g as the photos said. but it looks really good and ive had no irritation. buy it, but MAKE SURE THE NEEDLE FITS THE JEWLERY FIRST!

Comes with many hoops and rings. Needles were nice and sharp. Everything was sterilized.

It was great , sharp needles and lots of jewelry but make sure you k in the sizes of the jewelry first.. septum jewelry is supposed to be 16g and these are 14g so I had to re pierce .. they don’t tell you that though. They also are 10mm which is a very long septum ring but it’s fine ig.

I love this piercing kit, it's really easy to use and very beginner friendly. When I first brought it I had no idea how to even pierce anything but it was so easy to learn and so simple to use! Everything that was listed came, nothing came missing or broken. I've pierced many people with this kit and every single one had no problems and is healing perfectly fine, no issues at all!

Tongs are plastic bad quality didn’t help as it was hard to remove the tongs. Jewelry not veryy versatile mainly for nose piercings. Needles were perfectly organized and were accurate gauges and easy to us.
