Got to use for physio excercises, nice and soft but strong enough to use repeatedly. Easy to inflate but agree with other review easy to lose air when trying to replace bung but doesnt need to be full pressure so okay. Ideal for my physio, nice colour and good price.

This Pilates ball is great quality and exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect size and firmness for both regular Pilates and pelvic floor exercises. My physio recommended these, and I can see why.
