I have MCAS and histamine intolerance and need the freshest coffee possible to avoid major health problems. This canister is amazing- it seals without any air which keeps the coffee as fresh as possible and is easy to open, close, and seals very well. I've had it for a few months, use it multiple times a day, and it still works like new. It's lightweight, looks nice, and has plenty of space for more than one small bag of coffee. Plus, it was cheaper than other similar quality canisters I looked at

The large is big enough for the large bag of whole bean coffee from Sams's club. The coffee quality doesn't degrade nearly as fast since the air is removed from the headspace. This is important because I only make 2 cups of coffee a day. The operation is smooth and easy. The glides down and seals properly. To close the lid, push down on the one side of the lever on the top of the handle, push the lid down to the top of the bean, and then seal it by pushing the lever closed. To open push the lever on the handle to release the vacuum, and pull the lid up. The lid glides up smoothly and effortlessly. The black matte finish looks great and is well represented by the pictures.

Good seal and keeps coffee fresh. Still working for me after however many months. This one is plain stainless on the inside which I like.

Easy to use and seems to do the job. I was a little annoyed that the lid is plastic as I was trying to avoid any plastic from being in contact with the coffee beans. I have a smaller vacuum canister for my ground coffee that has a stainless steel inner lid so no plastic is in touch with the coffee.

The canister works exactly as advertised. Lid seals so no air passes either way once the button is pushed. It seals so tightly I can not open it until the button is released. Seems to be well made and looking for it to last for years to come. I bought 2. 1 for my regular coffee and 1 for decaf.

Container is okay. The airlock lid works but is not the easiest. I’d give this a 4 or maybe even a 5 if it came with an outer lid. It’s my fault that I did not realize the outer lid issue, but coffee spills up the lid inside as it expelled air and dust settles in. I can wrap with plastic wrap but that looks way more hillbilly than I am. It’ll do for a quick fix.

I love this product! The vacuum works really well and the canister looks very nice on our countertop. It truly helps maintain the freshness of the coffee bean.

Funciona bien y el material es bueno, aunque me hubiera gustado incluyera una tapa como otros contenedores que he visto.

Le format petit est en effet un peu petit car ne contient pas 450 gr de café. Toutefois le principe est efficace. En effet l’air est bien évacué.
