This is a brilliant asset of security for our family home, its easy to install, uses no electric as its solar (bonusss with the price of leccy these days) the quality of the image is better than my wired set up, i could spend all day telling you how amazing this is including the price, but dont hang around go and get yours then you can see for yourself!

I purchased two of these security cameras and I am really impressed with them. I am actually using them indoors as the built in battery gives flexibility on where to situate them and you don't have to use the solar panel, just charge them when needed. The image quality is great in daylight, indoor light and in low light conditions. The app works well and you don't have to use the cloud storage, you can instead insert a micro SD card and view its contents on the app (or via a card reader on your computer). They are great value and I plan on buying more for increased security.

The battery doesn’t hold charge even for 12 hours and the solar panel is not powerful enough to charge the camera. The recordings aren’t continuous but triggered by movement and so when it starts recording, it can be too late. The recordings are also split into max 30 second chunks, so if you’re looking up something or trying to check the video, you’re going to spend your entire life and sanity doing that. It may also not record everything because of this (if there was a burglary for example, there would be gaps). The video quality is good but it’s irrelevant because the actual camera is useless. Unfortunately the return window closed before I managed to put it up so it’s a financial loss for me. I also wasted an hour putting it up and 6 holes in the bricks. Not happy at all. Also - the solar panel arrived white in color and the camera black - a cherry on top.EDIT: It also isn’t possible to protect the camera with a password, so anyone who knows what they’re doing can access it. There are websites that do specifically this.

I have just received this and it is on charge.The picture is very good, but I haven’t tried the night vision yet.The field of view is narrower than some, but quite adequate.It is quite chunky because of all the batteries in it.I had the app installed already so it was simple to add a camera and upgrade the software.When it is fully charged I shall give it a thorough test & review.UPDATE:Night vision is very good, and the battery is showing 96% after two days use.Update 2:Battery life is excellent.Update 3: After being in the garden for three days the picture became fuzzy. It looks like condensation. I returned it.

The camera is very good, quality is clear enough to pick up faces if needed and the automatically switches to infrared when light is low. Setup was easy and the app is simple to navigate. Gives updates with optional notifications when motion is detected, has an option to record only when movement is detected. Not sure if this works every single time, but for the money paid, id does what is supposed to do for a budget camera. I only used it for a few weeks, and so far I'm pleased with it.

Camera works, Quality quite ok for the money. I do not believe it will survive the winter though, but that is to be seen.Image quality is good, IR lights are quite nice, BUT to use all functionality it requires a subscription service. Using it without is a major PITA.Conclusion: Avoid, spend a bit more and get something that will work as advertised without extra costs and a constant connection to China.
