THEY ARE VACUUM PACKED, AND WHEN YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE, IT DOES NOT PUFF UP TO PASTE THE WALL. NOT RECOMMENDED

My son plays the drums and we needed something to help absorb the sound. His kit is set up on laminate flooring in an open area. We glued the panels to 6X4 foam panels to form walls around the side and back area of his drums. Also placed some on the ground between the plexiglass shield and drums. Still need to create a roof structure. You can definitely still hear the drums, but it is a noticeable difference from before. Some panes expanded quicker than others, so we would pick through them as we worked on the panels over several days.
