A Game-Changer for Pet Owners – Effortless, Powerful, and Truly Smart!
I was very skeptical of this vacuum because it claims to do a lot; however, I can confidently say that it delivers on every promise. I own several cats and dogs, so the house gets dirty quickly—to the point where we had to sweep and mop more than five times a day. We picked up this vacuum to help with cleaning duties and make things a little easier. However, not only did it help, but it’s able to do all the cleaning entirely on its own. It’s super easy to set up—just plug it in, download the app, and you’re good to go. Speaking of the app, it’s very sleek, with an intuitive UI. It’s clear that a lot of time and effort went into its design because it’s well-organized and easy to navigate, with tons of customization options. Everything you need to access can be done straight from the app. What really sets this vacuum apart are the smart features. It self-cleans the mop heads with hot water, dries them, automatically empties the dust compartment, and even cleans the dock tray itself. The only things you have to do manually are refill the water, empty the dirty water, and change the dust collection bag—tasks that only need to be done occasionally. Not only that, but they made it extremely easy to do. What really sold me on this product was the very first time I emptied the dirty water and cleaned out the dust collection bag. Wow. The water was filthy, and it had collected so much dirt and pet hair—literal fistfuls of pet hair. And this was after only two runs. I was in disbelief because the area I cleaned wasn’t even that large—it was just my downstairs. Yet, despite picking up that much pet hair, none of it tangled in the brushes. With my previous Roomba, I constantly had to unscrew the rollers to remove stuck pet hair, but with this vacuum, that’s not an issue. The battery life is also excellent. As I’m writing this review, it just finished vacuuming and mopping my entire downstairs and only used 30% of the battery—plenty of power left for additional cleaning if needed. The ability to set schedules is also a game-changer. I can have it run in the middle of the night, so when I wake up in the morning, everything is already clean. This vacuum has completely changed my cleaning routine, and I highly recommend it!

Great floor cleaning system, got error 13, support was helpful
SECOND EDIT: Roborock's email support was very helpful. They offered to replace the unit. When I was troubleshooting the robot and moving it around, it started docking successfully again. I don't know what happened. Maybe something fell into place inside the dock when I moved it? I didn't take them up on the offer to replace the unit and I am happy again with how it works. EDIT: I just changed the number of stars to one, because after 9 days the robot stopped charging. This renders the robot useless. Apparently this is a common problem for Roborock vacuums. Search for "roborock error 13" and you will find many others who have experienced this. Some people say it's a fried component in the charger. I contacted Roborock's support by email. Will update this review if they are willing and able to resolve it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This machine vacuums and mops my floors with minimal intervention needed from me. It cleans well, it avoids obstacles adroitly, it doesn't get rugs wet, it navigates my house intelligently, and it almost never gets stuck. None of those things were true for my previous robots. In fact, I had to help my old iRobot machines so much that it might have been easier to just vacuum and mop myself. The software and the sensors are very good and the app shows me where this robot is on the map at all times. It is also much quieter than my previous machines, to the point that I am considering letting it clean nightly.

6-7 month review.
Where to begin….. initial impression was that it looks and felt like a quality unit. The fact that it would hold the water clean and dirty. Along with cleaning its mop pads and empty its dirty vacuum tank. But it only took one use to start finding flaws. From not detecting a full dirty vacuum tank. To not knowing when the water tank was empty while moping. So you never knew when the unit went empty and what didn’t properly get mopped. Along with the mop missing the strip in between mopping pads. Your floor will have strips that are missed. And referring to the vacuum tank not knowing when full would cause you to hear awful mechanical sounds due to it’s trying to shove in dirt and hair from our dogs in yet it doesn’t know it’s full so it’s starts sounding like it’s about to break. We already have it on max empty and also dust bin on high frequency. And washing and cleaning mop after ea room. So if you want something fast and done right this isn’t that unit. I will explain why. This unit horrible overlap and double backing when it comes to washing and moping. I wish when selecting vac and mop. I was hoping it would do it individually. Nope it does it at the same time and gets water on rugs I don’t want water on and or wet. It swings the sweeper arm into the pathway it’s just moped and stuff. We hardly use this thing. It’s at for months. And recently we wanted to quickly just vacuum the living room. The unit was vacuuming the wrong room along with moving the docking station and such. Reached out to support. But truly wish that we would have returned it after that first use. We had thrown the box away too soon. And needing a massive box to send back in. Do yourself a favor and skip this unit. Went spent way too much money for this experience. Update I definitely don’t recommend this company after my communication with them via email. Your have to pay out of pocket for shipping for mechanical failures. Within your warranty period and this unit has hardly been used maybe 10-15 times. So much for a warranty. We should have returned this within the 30 day period. Also if your box comes damaged like ours did due to not being rebooted yet shipped in the Robo rock box. And UPs wouldn’t accept it without an exterior box to hide its contents. It doesn’t get used. It’s far easier for us to do it with our new shark vacuum than it is for it to freak out each time the furniture isn’t in the right spot. It takes forever…… save your money… if the customer service wasn’t back and forth to china and took ages to get a resolution they don’t want to refund me yet give me another unit that doesn’t move its home base in the app and this unit also doesn’t clean the correct room anymore thru the app as well. Could have bought 3 shark vacuums for the cost of this when it was new and not heavily discounted.

Love this thing.
I’ve never owned a device like this so I’ve nothing to compare it to but this thing is amazing. I’ve a mix of hardwood floors and area rugs and it cleans both surfaces thoroughly. Pros: not loud; can set zones for it to clean if you want to only clean one space and not the whole house; picks up a ton of dirt; mop heads are super easy to change with Velcro attachments, can code no-go areas of the house where you don’t want it to go; the app lets me see where the unit is and leaves a running track of where it’s cleaned; very intuitive and super easy to set up, automatically discerns flooring material and adjusts cleaning methods, when finished cleaning, the unit self cleans; suction is great (it actually got a hold of a shoe lace and dragged my hiking boot around). Since using this my wood floors actually look to be in much better condition and have more sheen. I use only filtered tap water in the until. Cons: When it gets debris on its lens from cleaning it can get confused and not know where it’s going. I’ve used it many times and it’s only happened twice. This is a game changer for anyone looking to get out from under the grind of floor cleaning and spend time doing things that are actually enjoyable.

Right after I started using it a loud sound started coming from it
I've seen the reviews on this unit and it has high marks for cleaning so I ordered it. I received it yesterday and set it up including a firmware update, allowed it to charge then mapped the house, edited the rooms setting up no go zones then set a schedule starting today. First thing it did was mop the kitchen where I'd set up the base and it did a great job. Afterward it moved to a carpeted area and did great then moved to another hard floor area and did a great job mopping so I stopped watching it and went to do other things. I monitored it on the app watching it move from room to room and it didn't seem to be having any trouble. However when I went to the kitchen to make some coffee I happened to walk near it and noticed that it was sounding a bit loud but the sound was coming and going so I though maybe it had picked up something that was still being bounced off the main rollers so I went back to what I was doing. I did notice that when it returned to the dock to wash its mop that it consumed 5% battery taking it from 19% to 14% at which point it remained to charge. A little while later after it had recharged and came down to my end of the house I went over to check on it and could hear a constant mechanical sound coming from it so I grabbed my phone and filmed it. That is not a normal sound so I paused the robot and removed/inspected the rollers which were fine then I made sure the brush was tight and it was plus the rear wheels didn't have any play so I let it finish the cleaning cycle then it returned to its dock. I haven't even had this thing 24 hours and this was its first time cleaning the house so I requested to return it and will ship it in the morning. I had big expectations from this unit only to be let down by quality issues. Maybe I just got a lemon because many reviewers sing its praises and its the #1 robot vacuum on vacuum wars. Normally when I get a bad product I will request a replacement but I didn't feel that was the best thing for me with this unit. I'll get back to looking for another unit and maybe I'll be able to find something that will not breakdown on its maiden run. On a positive note the app is the best I've used yet with tons of features and customizations that other manufacturers do not offer. The real time tracking works great which allowed me to see the robots progress with minimal lag. The pictures it took of obstacles were very clear leaving no doubt as to what they were. Setting it up with Google Home was super easy but I did not try it as it was running on a schedule. Charging is slow as it took well over two hours to go from 14% to 80% which is the point that the robot resumed cleaning. It also had trouble transitioning from hard floors to carpet which might have been attributed to having wet wheels from mopping. I also noticed that while it was down at my end of the house vacuuming the bedrooms it skipped the room I was in and went to one closer to its dock then came back to where I was after it finished before declaring that it had finished cleaning. Keep in mind that it was systematically working its way down the hallway on the other side before just skipping me then had to come back down the hallway to the end where I was which wasted energy. To sum it up I feel really let down by this experience. If you buy one I hope your robot doesn't have any issues.

Better then other name brands. (Read all)
I am shook. I finally upgraded my old Roborock to this one and let me tell you! This thing is AWESOME!!!!! I will say I did a lot of research when I chose Roborock over all the other name brands and I will always choose it over the others. Now First: yes setup is super easy. And I didn’t sweep for a few days and I didn’t mop for even longer because I was just waiting on this thing to arrive (maybe 3 days because it got delayed). I have 3 wild kids and 2 shedding dogs that roll outside whenever possible (for dirtiness rating/reference) now I ran it ONCE the night I got it and i woke up to no issues with it have gotten stuck or anything like that which is typical for some, but the floors were actually clean considering how gross they were before it ran. I ran it again this morning after adjusting some of its many amazing features in the app and they look like no one lives here (for the moment). it cleans SOO GOOD. I don’t even see any back and forth streaks from the mop. AND the floor dries pretty fast after it goes over it, so it uses just enough water without soaking it too much or not enough. And you don’t have to worry about stepping in wetness or a kid or animal going through and tracking stuff through the just mopped area. This thing roboROCKS! Okay now, Some really cool features are that you can set it so the broom arm and mop arm extend out towards a wall or under furniture to get stuff out from the edge! You can set how often it goes back and cleans its mop heads so it’s not just dragging mud everywhere. It marks areas for you to check in your house for obstacles, so it’s not just won’t suck up toys OR dog poo!! (We had that problem once with the old one…not fun) This one will watch out for stuff like that (one setting lets you have it take pictures of the objects so you know what to look for/expect when hunting it down). Ok you can also drive it around while looking through ITS CAMERA! You can set which type of flooring is in each room so it knows how to clean it better AND with wood flooring you can set which direction the wood is going so that it runs along the seams, not against them (which I love). You will have to play around in the app but it’s SUPER user friendly and easy to find all these. I appreciate that it self empties and cleans because I have a lot of floor area and I always had to pause the cleaning to empty the dustbin at least 3 times on the old one and I don’t have to worry about that At all with this! I attached photos of my floor plan from the app, it also tracks dirtiness level of floors which you can set to have it automatically wash itself and then go back over. Also pictures of my floor type, some is a deep grooves tile and this thing still does a great job and cleaning them. I couldn’t keep up on these floors alone! This thing is a savior!

Just Okay for the Price
I bought it on sale for Black Friday, I had it in my cart before hand, and saw the price decrease dramatically, but even after black Friday, the price remains the same. It's still one of the more expensive models on sale, so I had high expectations. This is my 4th robot vacuum that I've tried (returned others). Pros The self empty feature doesn't clog (most of the others I tried clogged from my German Shepherds hair) Seems to avoid objects well enough not to get stuck on them (cords, socks, etc.) Software works well ( I can follow the vacuum's progress live, it never freezes or has issues) QUIET (quietest vacuum I've tried) The mop arm and the brush arm are nice, seems to vacuum debris up well It picks up debris well on the edge of carpet and floor, which a lot of them struggled with Recognizes very thin mats as carpet and doesn't mop them and vacuums them stronger, keeping them much cleaner than any other vacuum I tried Cons Doesn't seem to mop very well, I'm having trouble figuring out how to get it to continue wetting the mops so the mops are actually wet to clean, they always seem dry when I see it mopping, plus it doesn't seem to get the floor very clean The brushes get jammed so easily and causes on error, which I need to manually fix. I have kids, they have lot of legos and small stuff that gets jammed. My old Dreame W10, the software wasn't as advanced, so it would just keep going even if something small was stuck up there, so this is disappointing to me, I have to interfere a lot It didn't map a portion of a bedroom because there was something in the way, and it got very confused when it could go in and see the whole room, and made a completely new map, thankfully I didn't lose my old one

Powerful Cleaner with Real-World Quirks (1-Year Update)
After running this Roborock daily for about a year now, I feel I can give a thorough long-term assessment. I originally bought it for its promise of full automation, and while it gets incredibly close, it has a few consistent limitations you should be aware of. Let's start with the positives, because its core cleaning performance has been outstanding. The vacuum's suction power is fantastic and has held up perfectly. The mopping system is a huge help for daily maintenance, keeping the floors looking consistently clean from dust and light footprints and dramatically reducing how often we feel the need to do a full, manual mop. The all-in-one dock remains a game-changing feature, and the convenience of it handling the emptying, washing, and drying is something I couldn't go back from. However, it's important to have realistic expectations. When our toddler throws food on the floor and it has a chance to get sticky or dried-on, the robot's mopping is not sufficient to scrub it off. We still have to spot-clean these messes by hand. Beyond that, a few other quirks have been consistent over our year of ownership. The robot still gets stuck on the same chair legs occasionally, the main brush needs to be cleared of tangled hair every few weeks, and the dirty water tank requires rinsing every 1-2 days to prevent odors. Pros: * Exceptional vacuuming power that has lasted. * Greatly reduces the frequency of manual mopping for general cleanliness. * The self-maintaining dock is a reliable and major time-saver. * Durable and performs as well today as it did when new. Cons: * Mopping isn't powerful enough for tough, dried-on, or sticky messes. We still need to mop by hand at least weekly. * Obstacle avoidance can be inconsistent, leading to it getting stuck occasionally. * The main brush still requires periodic manual cleaning for hair tangles. * The dirty water tank needs frequent (every 1-2 days) upkeep to prevent odors. Even after a year, this is a fantastic machine that has made our home significantly cleaner. It doesn't eliminate manual cleaning, but it makes it far more manageable. The "fully automated" dream is tempered by the need for spot-cleaning tough messes, occasional rescue missions, and routine maintenance. For its powerful daily assistance, it remains a solid 4-star product.

Bon robot aspirateur

Game changer for working professional with 3 dogs!
This product is a game changer. I work a very busy schedule and have 3 large german sherphards that shed. This robo vac/mop is keeping my home looking so much cleaner . Everyday the floor gets a little shinier...no more dust in cracks and corners. Yes, hands scrubbing would do a better job but takes hours and I am not going to hand scrub twice daily. The consistent cleaning is producing a sparkly shining house. Purchasing the recommended cleaner has resulted in absolutely no odor in dirty waterbin or on mops ( self cleans and dries mop) Make sure you do a quick look around before bed that doors are open and large clutter is not left on floor ( socks will shut it down and keep it from finishing its overnight work).Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Súper buena compra! Ahorra tiempo
Una maravilla!!! Te olvidas de aspirar y trapear. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻.
