Does the job and stays hot for at least 15 minutes. 20-25 secs in microwave is enough for recommended 15 minute time of placement. It is easy to handle. It’s very flexible and easy to maneuver where you want to go. I’ve used it several times and it seems to be durable so far. It fits easily and small places and can be folded over. It’s a good value for the money and it has helped ease discomfort. I use it alternatively with an ice form to help reduce pain.

Use for hemorrhoids and other rectal pain. Size and shape are perfect. Fit just right. Best item I have found for cooling this area.

I used these after I gave birth to my baby in place of the disposable ice packs that the hospital gave me. They definitely lasted longer than the ones the hospital offered, which I liked. I also liked how they came with covers so I could wash them if blood somehow got onto them. To use them though, I had my adult diaper on, and then the ice pack with the cover outside that, and then I had some spanks on to hold it in place. Took a little bit for the cold to make its way though the diaper or pad to reach but once it did it was lovely relief. Works well as ice packs even afterwards and the sleeves work nicely too so you don’t need a dish towel to prevent getting a frost burn on your skin. The ice pack itself is easy to wipe clean also. These are nice to use for bloody noses to help those go away quickly because of the shape of these ice packs. I recommend. It’s also nice that it comes with multiple ice packs so that if you forget to put it back in the freezer because of “mom brain” there’s another one there, cold and ready for you. Bought these for postpartum but ended up having c-section! Turns out these are great for icing my c-section scar! They are the perfect thickness and fit under my belly binder!

Finally a heating pad that fits between your legs. They work so well . I wish they had these when I was younger and had horrible cramps. They have helped me with my cramps and perineal pain. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and these are a perfect fit. You can almost walk around with them. Only drawback is the red covers come off on my under wear and me. At first I thought I was bleeding but it was just from using them. I’ve washed the covers several times and the color is still fading on me. Other than that minor detail they are wonderful just wear dark underwear. I shared these with my PT and she will suggest to her patients. I can’t tank you enough for adding this product!!

This is a reasonable product but it does not stay cold very long at all.

Total Vag saver! Gave birth and this helped a ton. Put it inside the lining of a diaper and it worked like magic. Helped major with the healing process.

I used frozen maxi pads dipped in sitz bath for my first two postpartums and that was a whole big mess, melting all over etc. but the cold was essential for me after the babies. I feel like I’ve gotten smarter this time around in finding these. No melt mess and they freeze again really quick. They fit perfect inside underwear. My only wish was they used a more natural material as the “case” but I just wrap it in a little cotton baby rag (one of those thin burb clothes bc they are long) and I’m super happy with that solution.
