This is super perfect! I just graduated from esthetics and I got this for the price mostly but I genuinely love it because it’s perfect, the blade remover is easy to use and the instructions were spot on, it fits perfectly in my hand and the weight of the handle is well balanced. The blades are SUPER sharp but it does exactly what I need it to…I will probably buy another one of these because I want to expand and this is the best quality for its price.

Like one of the other reviewers, the blades I received were so dull that I could squeeze the edges between my thumb and index finger and the worst of the ‘damage’ was a temporary indentation on my thumb. Granted, I don’t know if that’s the case with every order, so please do be careful and err on the side of caution if you decide to order this set! At the very least, I’d say blade quality seems pretty inconsistent. Additionally, my handle came with a defect. It looks like the machine was unable to fully carve through the spot where the opening for the blade should be; so basically, this one can’t even hold a blade. There’s clearly either no QA or very poor QA at this facility. I personally wouldn’t recommend this set, especially at the price it is; but who knows… maybe you’ll have better luck!

I had high hopes for this product. A lot of research and countless videos learning how to do this safely however, this product did not work at all. I don't quite understand how what's considered a surgical blade wouldn't actually take hair off of my face, but it didn't.

This Dermaplaning tool kit almost resembles a trauma tool kit with the scalpel and the Kelly Hemostatic Forceps, you're just missing some gauze, alcohol prep pads, and some bandages. The blades (I randomly tested about 5 of them from the box) that I received seemed to all be quite sharp, I used it to remove some excess skin from my fingers (near the nail edges) and it cut through smoothly and cleanly, like a brand new X-acto knife, so, do be careful when using them, always test the sharpness lightly before using as you normally would. This kit is NOT for beginners and should only be used by either experienced persons or professionals who know how to properly dermaplane. Also, definitely keep this kit out of reach of small children, always put everything together and zip up the kit, then store in a high area in the cabinet.

State Board just this year has allowed us to perform this service Dermaplaning I’ve been practicing And the blade just isn’t sharp enough To get the top layer of skin and the vellus hair you have to go over and over The area. Older sensitive skin is too fragile for this pressure as well as younger sensitive skin. The blade should be sharp enough to not have to use that much pressure or to go over the area repeatedly Microdermabrasion is a better alternative. I’m buying a sharper blade before I give up on this service and just continue to offer Microdermabrasion and Peels

This is what at home micro blading people needed. It’s a step up from those beauty supply ones, that I love, but after doing it for so long, was craving more. This is a legit medical grade kit and I couldn’t me happier with it. The blades are easy to dispense and attach. The glide is easy and as long as you’re safe and have been doing it for awhile, this will be something you can’t live without. You realize how much closer and more intense jt is so going back to the single disposable beauty blades won’t be possible. This is awesome. I also do this one on more dry skin then oil like the other ones. This is a real blade and I feel like jf the skin is so slippery, accidents might happen. But that’s just my non medical opinion. Enjoy the baby smoothness!!

I bought this because the kit was affordable and even after reading a few reviews, I was hoping to still get a great order but that didn’t happen which defeats the purpose of this product use…to dermaplane. The blades fit perfectly but they’re dull. I tried on myself just to be prepared before a client and it just isn’t sharp enough. I tried a few more and wasted blades. Just gonna keep shopping around.
