1.What should I do if the earbuds won't connect to the device?

(1) Check if the earbuds have entered pairing mode (a rapidly flashing indicator light suggests they are already paired with another device); (2) verify Bluetooth version compatibility; (3) and try resetting the earbuds before pairing again.

2.How do I connect the headphones to the app?

Find and download the "Zemyee Life" app from the app store, locate the headphones (HD65) via Bluetooth and connect to them, then use the "+" button in the app to add them.

3. Frequent disconnections or intermittent audio?

(1) Check for sources of signal interference (Wi-Fi, signal issues, walls, etc.); (2) ensure the device is within a 10-meter range; (3) reset the earbuds or place them back in the charging case; (4) check if the firmware is up to date.

4.How do I reset the headphones?

Delete the pairing record from your device → Power off the headphones and place them in the charging case → Perform the pairing process again.

How do I set the headphone EQ mode?

Once the app is successfully connected to the headphones, open the app's home screen, locate "Sound Effects Control," and tap to select an EQ mode. You can also adjust the bass and treble settings there.
