Exceeded expectations
Update: about 8 months in the watch has stopped pairing with the app on my phone. Still feel like I got a pretty good value. Still charges and turns on but no connection. This watch has exceeded my expectations in every way. I bought it because I was working in a loud environment and I was missing calls and texts all day. This solved my issues with a quick vibration alert when a call comes in. Sometimes I have to open the app on my phone to sync it but usually it's connected already. I added a picture from my phone to the background. It IS waterproof. We went on a cruise and I decided to roll the dice on it towards the end of our trip and wore it in the pool, hot tub, shower, and the ocean with no issues. Probably the most remarkable is the battery life. I have it set on raise to wake brightness level 5 and after 15 full days and nights it was down to 2 percent and wouldn't work without charging. For a watch that was 20 bucks how can you go wrong? My wife's 300 dollar Google watch never dreamed of working so well. I work as a commercial electrician in construction and manufacturing environments aside from a few superficial scratches which I fully expected it's held up quite well.

Waterproof
I love this watch. I've had it a year and never wrote a review. But recently went to a waterpark and had it on while in the water bc it said waterproof and it still works.

Not perfect, but excellent for the price.
I waited until the first time the battery drained to review this. After 414 hours of wear with removals only to shower, the battery had gone from 100 to 16 percent. Based on that, I probably could have kept going another day or 2 before the battery died. So, WOW, the battery life is amazing, because it was 17.25 days of wear before I charged it. Took 1 hour and 55 minutes to recharge from the 16 percent range. That battery life is 10 out of 10 stars. Next more positives: I LOVE the color. I find it easy to use, though I really only use it to check my steps and the time through the day. I played with the navigation for other options like alarm, heart rate and blood pressure, just to see how easy it is. They're easy enough to find and use, if you want, but I usually don't. The blood pressure is way off for accuracy, which is common when not using an arm cuff unit like doctors recommend, so just know that shouldn't be a selling point for any fitness tracker. The app for tracking is easy enough to use. My insurance offers discounts on certain meds if I use a specific fitness app, but they don't give you a fitness tracker, which is how I came to buy this. I have to link this app to another fitness app on my phone that then links to the app my insurance uses, so it can be a headache making sure the step count makes it correctly through the grapevine, but I only paid $20 for this versus the $200 it would have cost me for a device that can sync directly to the insurance app. I went cheap and don't regret it. Now, the negatives: This can be worn 24 hours a day for multiple days at a time, but it will leave a mark. The skin under the band gets itchy and irritated and I have a clear burn left where the actual tracker contacts skin. That's my fault because I felt a burning sensation at times, but thought it was just the irritation and thought shifting it around a little on my wrist would help. With this initial test period over for the purpose of gathering info for my review, I will definitely be taking it off and switching wrists more often to avoid discomfort. I highly recommend all users do that rather than always wear it in the same place. My biggest disappointment is the sleep tracking. I sleep terribly, with multiple moments of waking disturbing me rest. I very much wanted something to accurately track me to see how much I'm sleeping, how often I'm waking and how much rest I'm actually getting this. This isn't a total failure at that, but it's not 100 percent accurate. It takes 2-3 days for it to finalize my sleep report. It usually only captures 1 or 2 of my bathroom trips and other instances that wake me from sleep. I always have at least 3 disruptions a night, but it has yet to detect every instance even though it should recognize I'm awake since I get out of bed and walk several steps to the bathroom whenever this happens. So that's a bummer. Don't let sleep tracking be the thing that sells you on this device. It will disappoint if you're a restless sleeper. So the positives far outweigh my negatives for a $20 item. It's almost enough to make me give it 5 stars despite the negatives. That burn, though, definitely merits 1 star off. The watch is on my other wrist for now and I'm putting ointment on that patch of skin to take the sting out.

Good but has problems
I use this watch mainly for monitoring my heart rate. The good 1. Good price 2. Sedentary HRM good 3. Battery Life is great 4. Comfortable on my wrist The Bad 1. HRM during exercise is not very good when you sweat a lot. Guess what you do when you exercise? I've had 30 minutes of strenuous exercise and it read max HR of 100, average 85. In the gym it worked better since I wasn't in the hot sun sweating. 2. The pedometer is not accurate 3. App only works on the phone (no computer data)

Good value, durable product
After using for 11 months -- great product. Still going strong with step counting and charging. I regularly wear it while showering, doing dishes, and swim workouts. Unlike non-watch step counters, I do not find myself forgetting about it and sending it through the laundry. I like being able to tell time without having my phone on me. The app and text messages sometimes function and sometimes don't. I like that it tries to predict my menstrual cycle and have a good laugh when it reminds me what my uterus should be doing. (Your guess is as good as mine, little buddy!) The heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracker, and blood pressure are pretty accurate. This watch takes a beating being scraped on the side of the pool and enduring loading and lifting. Very pleased with the purchase.

Love it!!!
I love this watch! Never thought I'd get a smartwatch but this has been such a helpful tool. I don't always have pockets to put my phone in, plus I just don't always like carrying my phone around so this is nice because it alerts me of when I get a text message or an email or I'm getting a phone call. You can't call or text from it, but i wasnt wanting/expecting that anyway. Then I can decide if I need to look at it or find my phone and answer it. The main reason I got it was to start tracking my steps because I'm trying to get more active and it's great for that it. It actually even gives a sleep report. I wear it to sleep so it lets me know the next day (in the app) how much rest I got and how much of it was light sleep and deep sleep. You can also check your heart rate or blood pressure. I know the blood pressure reading may not be super accurate, but I tend to know my blood pressure runs normal so it's been giving me pretty close readings of what I'm used to. It also has a timer feature, and an alarm. You do have to get an app on your phone but you can set different alarms and I'm one that I don't like to keep my phone in the room. The alarm on this watch (if you wear it to sleep) actually just vibrates and I guess I could be jarring for some but for me it's not bad I'd rather that than a loud noise. It also has an oximeter and you can control your music, then it has a do not disturb mode for if you wear it at night to sleep. I can't say enough good things about this watch! It is even waterproof! I wore it in a pool (and went under water) and it worked in the pool and afterwards. For 20 bucks it is a phenomenal deal!

NOTHING like the one I was replacing I HATE IT
NOT HAPPY- I was trying to repurchase the same watch I already had or one nearly close to it that I had lost. I later found that one which is all scratched up because I've had it for so long and I'm very active which is why I have one and I love it because I do a lot of outdoor activities such as kayaking paddle boarding I like to track that this watch has no ability to do that does not let you select what you want your screen to look like and how it's set up doesn't have the app to change that It is nothing like it but yet I paid the same price for the better one my better one was actually on sale when I got it which is why I got one similar because it was back to full price I am going to repurchase the other one again so I have a new one but this watch sucks even my husband hates it and he loves things that are simple I just don't like it but it's great if you want a watch that does your blood pressure and blood oxygen the one I have only does blood oxygen but this one does blood pressure and really does have a hard time giving you your blood pressure because if you don't stay abnormally still for what feels like 10 minutes it gives you an error reading so there are too many things about it that are flawed I would redesign or cut the price It ain't worth it I hated it I gave it to my husband and even he doesn't like it he wears it but he don't like it. It won't let me select one star so I guess you get two because of that which is kind of crap

Just what I wanted.
Super easy to set-up. This is just what I wanted. Easy to set-up & use. A definite good deal for the price. App is easy to use. You can not make or answer calls or texts thru watch but you can receive alerts..incoming call & texts. Watch faces are appropriate but few and not so juvenile which is a plus. The watch has weather option but I havn't been able to get this function to work. Also, I have a problem with the time setting to 24hr mode. The watch keeps switching back to 12hr. For sleep; I question the accuracy. Sometimes it says 1hr of sleep and another day 2hrs sleep which I know I slept more than 1 or 2 hrs in a night. The watch it's self, seems to be more accurate for measuring sleep. The watch & the app are not communicating so the app is incorrect. If your just looking for a basic minimalist watch; this is it. I got the watch because when cleaning house, vaccuming I don't hear my phone ringing. The watch vibrates so I know I have a call or message which is what I wanted the watch for. For the price I didn't expect much so it serves it's purpose.
