First day I used this machine, it paid for itself. I bought 10lbs of roast beef in 2 chubs for 5.49/lb while getting that same product sliced at a deli was 16.95/lb. That's a huge savings. Things like cheese are much cheaper in bricks than sliced, bread too. Is this a super powerful machine? No. Does it get the job done? Yes. Easy to clean? Yes. Lightweight? Yes. For what it's worth, this machine is great. I can use the money saved from now on to buy a bigger commercial slicer, but this one will do for now.

I’ve only used this a few times so far, but I bought it mainly so I could slice meat for schnitzel and other dishes where I want a particular thickness that’s hard to get from the deli or butcher without feeling like I’m being overly picky. For as much as I’ll use it, the quality is good, it does exactly what I need, and it’s very easy to clean. I would recommend using a mesh glove when cleaning it, but that’s just good meat slicer safety in general. So far, so good. It does what I bought it for, and for the money, I think it’s a great value.

I simply freeze the meat, and whenever I need it, I put it in the slicer and it works great. It’s fast, easy to use, and saves so much time. The meat comes out paper-thin, which is perfect for hot pot. I never thought making restaurant-style sliced meat at home could be this easy. As a hot pot lover, Now I have unlimited hot pot at home! Highly recommend for anyone who loves hot pot or wants to save money.
