I have oily skin and I’m prone to blackheads and spots. I have spent a lot in trying to find the right face wash - from cheap to more expensive products, even medicated stuff from the dermatologist, but to no avail. After trying their fantastic conditioner, I got this face wash and it’s made a hell of a difference, my skin is regulating itself, and my blackheads/ pimples are few and far between. I really like the lavender scent which isn’t overwhelming, and also the fact that they use soap nuts so avoiding harsh chemicals on my quite sensitive skin. All in all a great product from a fantastic brand. Will be buying more when I run out!

In adulthood I've developed ridiculously sensitive skin, I can't use foundation any more and most products bring me out in a rash. Used this brand shampoo in the past and was happy with it as it didn't cause any reaction at all so I took a chance on the face wash. It's really good, it takes off my makeup (mascara and eyeliner) really well, smells clean and lasts well too. Just wish it was cheaper as it's really very expensive but it's a must-have for me now

I had great hopes for this product. I have rosacea that is mostly red face issues. It's usually triggered by something, and I have little bumps under the skin in areas of my face. I'm 63, this started in my early forties. I could probably have bought a house with the money I've spent on cleansers & moisturizers since it started. So, out the box it comes. I can't wait to wash my face...but...oh...dammit. FFS!! As soon as I rinsed it off my face was bright red, stinging and felt tight & dry. Eh? How can this be when it's PH balanced. Er, yeah, well, nobody told my stupid red face that. Look at it, smugly glowing at me in the mirror. Grrrhhh, you face, you're in for it. I tried for 3 days but had the same result. This morning I went back to Green People cleanser for sensitive skin and Paula's Calm moisturizer. My skin immediately calmed TF down. I'm sure it's no reflection on the product, as reviews indicate great results for others. Sadly, not for me.

Lovely, soothing cleansing product. Having very sensitive skin, prone to redness, soreness and dryness, this is the best product I've used for cleaning without harsh rubbing. It leaves skin fresh and ready for natural moisturisers.

Let's talk abt this product in detail because there's so much that needs to be said abt it. Pros: 1. Lather - soft, rich, luxurious and a little goes a long way. Also, this is the softest and purest lather you'll ever experience! It lathers such that my acne doesn't hurt when I cleanse my face! 2. Fragrance - none at all - loveeeee! 3. Acne - prone skin friendly - this is surly helping clear my acne up and that's saying a lotttt! I've tried so many products but this one has been so gentle and effective for my acne combined with my other products of course. 4. Cleansing - cleanses beautifully without leaving your face stripped or tight. 5. Pump - the person who designed the bottle is a freaking genius. The pump faces upwards, so there is space for your hand - like comfortable space and the product lands only on your hands and not on the neck of the pump! I mean, this is what every company should be doing! I can't be more happier abt this design! Thank you! 6. Dry skin friendly - I have dry skin and this product is god sent! 7. Packaging - minimal but cute and the soapberry they send with it - so sweet and thoughtful! 8. Customer service - I love Amazon customer service to the moon and back and these guys come on par with that. So you can imagine! If you order from their website/on here, you're in for a beautiful customer experience from this company! Cons: 1. I need moreeeee! I can't have enough of this product and wish it came in bigger bottle sizes 2. Price - maybe pricier but if they sell bigger sizes, maybe the prices can be discounted a bit! I freaking love this company! Also have their shampoo! Couldn't be more happy with their products! This is NOT a sponsored/discounted review! I purchased these products and I'm just a happy customer! I am going to return the product as it arrived on 27/12/23 with expiry date 01/24. It wasn't mentioned in the product description and it wasn't discounted

I am into organic anti-inflammatory foods, plant based, and so I carefully watch ingredients on everything as well as low and high pesticide produce. I am now starting to change over my personal products and happened upon this cleanser as it was advertised as natural and I was so delighted with it as the ingredients met my criteria, but it is also so soft and silky with the most pleasant aroma. After using, my skin feels amazingly clean.
