I have bought 3 of these and they do the job just fine, using them since October last year and they're still going strong.They're quite durable as they sometimes have to handle a lot of weight and easy to clean with soapy water or even cleaning wipesI have used one for my grocery shopping when I have had to buy chilled or frozen food and they keep it chilled, and hot food stays hot, as long as you use them properly and zip them upOnly downside is one of the takeaways I pick up from sells pizzas too big for these but this is more me not anticipating this than an issue with the product

Missing Divider but Customer Service was great
The original order arrived with the divider missing. Amazon only gave a refund or exchange option. I only needed the divider. Carregas customer services sorted immediately so now very happy with the purchase.
