Many companies would’ve shrugged, stalled, or tried to patch the problem with apologies. Not these folks. They replaced little Q2 with the entire package—attachments, case, everything—without charging me a dime for shipping. No interrogation. No red tape. Just clean, honest service. The kind you don’t see much anymore in a world full of “submit a ticket and wait.” Bob and Brad’s product customer service treatment sticks real good with a man. Right in his gut. Verdict - The Bob and Brad Mini Q2 isn’t just a solid piece of gear—it’s a rare little gem backed by people who stand behind their work as advertised. It’s Quiet. Strong. Reliable and aired with great customer service that actually gives a damn. Highly recommended. I’d pick a sixth star if there was one.

What a classy, well-made, beautifully packaged & excellent product!! I’ve been searching for something like this for a long time: a lightweight, quiet, effective source of relief for nightly, painful, sleep-disturbing, chronic foot & leg cramps. I am so grateful & am an unhesitating recommender.

First off, I've given this experience five stars but have not given the massager itself any ratings. Let me explain. After enduring days of left quad pain, I came across a Bob and Brad YouTube video on the subject. B & B advocate the use of a massager in the healing process, and I really liked their Q2 Mini Massage pocket-sized gun they were demonstrating. I ordered one. When I received it, I was immediately impressed with its compact yet very sturdy case into which the beautifully-constructed gun and attachment heads fit neatly. I set it up to charge the battery. Sadly, the green light--indicating charging had begun--kept going out. I ordered a replacement. When this arrived I found that this massager also didn't want to charge. At this point I was ready to return both massage guns and get a refund but decided to first reach out to the manufacturer to get some feedback. Maybe I was doing something wrong. Immediately the customer service representative jumped into helping me. Thinking the problem might lie in my adapter, they sent me (free of charge) a new charge cord and adapter. No go. Maybe others would have given up. But by now I was so impressed with how responsive and determined their customer service representative was to help me, I wasn't ready to throw in the towel. And there was otherwise too much quality in evidence in this massager (not to speak of its excellent reviews) for these to be anything but fluke-ish happenings. I'd been flirting with the idea of getting the larger of the massage guns--the C2 model--but balked at the heftier price. When I shared this with the representative, I was offered either a discount on one of these models OR a replacement + discount off the price of the original pocket-sized gun--the Q2. I decided to go with the larger gun. Long story short -----> the C2 model arrived yesterday and charged beautifully. Even though this larger model has a really great silicone handle, I'd been concerned that it might prove a bit unwieldy for me. Instead, it's very light-feeling and agile; for something with such a powerful motor, it's easy to handle. I tried a couple of the heads and especially liked the air cushion attachment. (I applied the massager to my lower left back and it felt wonderful! ) I've rated the experience five stars but none for the original Q2 pocket-sized mini massager as I wasn't able to put it to use. I'm 100% glad that I hung in there. As was offered, I've been refunded 30% of the larger massager--the C2--price. Looking back, I feel so lucky to have happened on a customer service representative who not only empathized with what I was experiencing but set about making things right for me in the end. Me and my quad are most grateful!

This is my first massage gun purchase and so far I am very pleased with it. The gun is compact and very easy to use. As far a power goes it is very capable. My first experience with a massage gun was at a physical therapist office. The had a very large gun they used on my back at the very end of my sessions. I cannot tell the difference in power as I used it on the medium setting. The Brad and Bob gun has I believe 4 speeds. I like that it comes with a head that can heat up or can also be set to be ice cold...very neat feature of this gun. One note to consider when purchasing any massage gun would be how you are going to use it. If someone is going to use it on you, then by all means if you want a large gun after doing research, go ahead. But if you are going to use it on yourself with no one's help, then I think a more compact gun like this is the best option, especially if you are going to do it on your neck or lower back. It's compact and easy to hold by yourself in those areas. Do your research, but you can't go wrong with this gun.

As a professional athlete who travels frequently, the compact size of the Bob and Brad Q2 Ultra Mini Massage Gun is a huge win. It easily fits in my tennis bag without taking up much space allowing me to bring it to matches and on a plane. Despite its small size, it delivers impressive power for deep tissue relief. I deal with a lot of tightness from competing, and this massage gun consistently helps loosen sore muscles. The different intensity levels make it easy to target everything from minor stiffness to deeper knots, which helps loosen my shoulders from tennis. One of my favorite features is the red light infrared heating head. The heat feels amazing on overworked muscles and really helps with inflammation after long sessions. I’ve used Bob and Brad products in the past and was excited to try the new heat feature on this product. It’s especially helpful for recovery between workouts or matches. The battery life is solid and lasts through multiple uses without constant recharging. Overall, it feels well-made, effective, and thoughtfully designed for active people. I’d highly recommend it to athletes or anyone looking for a portable, powerful recovery tool.

It is a great little massage tool! I get leg cramps like every night. It helps to get me out of pain so quickly. Brought it to DC and after a long day of walking, this little baby makes you feel so much better! Really glad I found it because the Theragun is just too expensive. Let’s see how long the battery lasts. If the battery lasts and it doesn’t stop working after a year, I’ll be thrilled!

This gun definitely works well and really relieves tense muscles. I used most of the attachments and they all work well. Differently functionalities and they work really well. My girlfriend and I are very average sized, we don't gym, just occasional workouts but we aren't stay at home slugs. We have sore muscles and it definitely does relieve some soreness after a couple of minutes of massaging with the gun. I would sometimes do a full back massage to my girlfriend, comparing her stiffness before and after and there's definitely a noticeable difference. Now, I'm not saying this will treat anything, but it definitely does get us relaxed enough for the time being. The speed variability with 5-settings definitely helps with slowly introducing and to a higher strong setting, the pressure is strong enough that you can press and it won't stop the gun. I don't see this product breaking in any manner that I read in other reviews but we will see as time goes on. I can't really talk about the charging because I only charged it once and it was overnight. I never really had the need or urge to immediately use the gun that was out of battery and needed charging before use. It's definitely easy to hold, small in the hand and my girlfriend doesn't have any issues either handling the gun. The way to use it is pretty intuitive if you've been using different kinds of electronics, switching the attachments as well, not so difficult. The little protrusion at the top of the gun didn't make sense but once you hold it, it all makes sense. It definitely makes it easier to claw and control the whole gun with the way it's shaped. Overall, I think this was a good buy and I'll definitely be using this a lot.

This was a replacement for a broken Renpho and so far it's great. Much quieter then anticipated, still very powerful, and the smaller size is covenient.
