Hopefully the flies suffered too
We get Giant House Spiders in the PNW— that’s actually the name— and they can grow to be about 4” across. In addition to that nightmare scenario, every few years a mouse or a rat will die under my house, far enough under that we can’t get it. As if the stink wasn’t disgusting enough, the flies… the flies are awful. A neighbor told me he had these and that they work. What the hell, I’ll try anything to keep the spiders out and the rodents away. So I put these up, I bought 2 sets to cover the whole basement. The first thing I noticed was that I was seeing dead monster spiders. More than I ever had. This was after a few months. Then, we got a whiff of something dead under the house again. Not as bad as last time (Thank goodness) but still, something dead under the house. Up went the deodorizer bamboo charcoal bags (which work insanely well, but that’s another review). I braced myself for the flies. Sure enough, we started seeing a few in the basement, and then a lot. We got No Pest Strips for the windows and still had these all over. Our basement has a separate back storage room, and there’s direct access to underneath the house behind a door in that room. The device back there was on the audible chirp, as is the one located near the entry door. Those are the only pest control in that room. The fly corpse count back there was significant, as it was in the back near the entrance. They absolutely work. I still see some live monster spiders, but not nearly as many as I used to, and definitely more dead ones. We have a lot of outlets down there so I was able to really cover my basement. These things work.

My dogs hear this on silent and leave the area.
Description states "inaudible to humans and household pets" Installed on of these on the silent mode in our downstairs bed room due to a mouse problem and our Dogs, both Labrador's sleep in their beds on the floor in this bedroom every night. After installing this and having on silent mode the dogs left the room and would not return. Thought maybe it was something else. We unplugged it and the dogs returned. Left it on plugged for 2 weeks then plugged it back in again on silent mode and the dogs immediately left the room again with one of them looking at it and turning their head as if they heard a high pitched sound. Unplugged it and they returned and stayed the night. I do have one inour garage and it seems to keep the mice away but will never install one in the house with pets again.

Works I think 😂
Put around in the house last fall and this was the first Winter in years that we didn’t have critters partying in our attic!

An Amazing product and it works
As a middle-class homeowner living in the suburbs near a lake, I struggled with a persistent spider and mole problem. Spiders were everywhere — inside and outside my home — while moles tore up my yard. I had tried several solutions but refused to use poisons or pest sprays because I have two dogs and a cat. Spring and summer overwhelmed me with spiders, and by summer and fall, the moles were driving me crazy. Desperate for a safe and effective solution, I turned to Amazon and found this ultrasonic pest repellent. I set four devices inside my house on silent mode and two in the garage on the sound setting. I love that the settings are adjustable to fit different needs. Within just three days, I noticed no more indoor activity. After two weeks, there was a significant decrease in spiders and moles both inside and out. I was so impressed, I also installed one each in my RV and car. I was skeptical at first, but this product far exceeded my expectations! It’s silent, easy to use, and offers excellent coverage. Best of all, it’s chemical-free, so I don’t have to worry about exposing my pets to harmful substances. If you're dealing with unwanted pests, I highly recommend giving this a try — it’s an incredible value for the price!

Works good in old homes where you can't seal up every nook & cranny!
I have a very old cabin/house near a lake and always have a ton of critters around. Because my house is so old it's impossible to seal it up completely to keep all the mice out. In the winter the mice tend to hide in the basement, and I thought I'd try the ultra sonic pest repeller in the basement. After setting them up I did notice a substantial reduction in mice activity and their waste droppings. It took a couple of months before the activity almost stopped completely which was amazing. I'll be honest that I was pretty skeptical, but I had to try something different to help get rid of the mice. I have a border collie and was worried the low setting would affect him but he's fine and haven't noticed any issues. They worked so well I put a few in my detach garage to help protect my car and recreational vehicles. The only problem I had was that I only put them in the basement of my house and wasn't thinking it through, but the mice started trying to live upstairs with the pup and I, so I ended up putting a few upstairs to help with that. Size is small and inconspicuous. I don't believe that it stops the mice completely but am satisfied with the results I've gotten from the devices.

Not effective for roaches but works
I got this product because the house my boyfriend and I rent had cockroaches in the kitchen since moving in. I always look for non-killing solutions to a bug problem. I think this product is marketed more for rodents, but we didn't have that issue so I don't know if it helps with that. However, I plugged all 6 of these in different rooms, had them constantly going on the low setting, and turned on the high setting when we were out of the house. This made no impact on the roaches, unfortunately. We gave it about a month to see. If anything, I think the roaches just stayed away from the plugin itself, but they definitely stayed in the kitchen. Giving this 3 stars because it functions as advertised, and maybe it IS effective for larger critters, but didn't help our bug problem.

Better than the exterminator, but a couple of drawbacks
I am shocked at how well these work. We had been paying a pest control service for over a year and were still getting mice, but this actually worked SO much better. The only downside is that at the "high" setting with sound it drives most of my family nuts except for me, who can't hear it. So, we put it on the high setting only when no one is home. The other downside is that if there is a power failure they each need to be turned on manually again once the power comes back on. So, if we are away for a week and there is a short blip in the power, they will be off until we get home again.

I actually do not know this works.
I am going to be honest whether or not this works I have no clue. I bought this to put a 78-year-old woman's mind at ease. After she found one dead mouth in our house. There was no other mice. And we sealed up any entrance for that. So again whether it works or not I do not know. Though I do know that one day it was making a really really high pitch sound that only I really heard but then again the 7 year old woman's not going to hear that. But it was only one day every other day it did not make a sound that was audible to human ears. Though was easy to use just plug it into an electrical outlet and hit the power button that's it.

NO SIRVE
