Well packaged with all relevant accessories and extensions to connect. Straight forward to fix. Make sure to drain water for the first time to drain of carbon powder. Works great. Will comment on the longevity later

Top filter on the market
WaterScience hard water filter is one of the best filters available from an Indian company in the market. This does not reduce TDS but softness hard-water and additionally does filtration to some extent. The company listens to its customers, rectifies design flaws in iterations, and provides excellent support. Goes to show that they care for the product and value feedback. My only complaint is that they tend to be slightly costly. They should have more lightning deals.

Breakage
The filter cannot handle high water pressure and temperature. There are cracks in the plastic part at the top within just two weeks. This happens after 10 days where return/replace option is also not possible.
