I started using this supplement a few weeks ago, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. My energy levels have increased noticeably throughout the day; I believe it is an effective supplement. The taste is pleasant enough, not too overpowering, and the product lasts for a reasonable amount of time, making it convenient to incorporate into my daily routine.

Love this, I do not tolerate pills, so I looked this up, and based on the reviews I thought I’d try. I’m not sorry I did. Tastes good, it’s vitamin B so it has that taste too, but it should if it’s potent. And it is quality. I take it in the morning, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy level and mental clarity throughout the day. I’ll be reordering it.

I will start by saying it does not taste good. At all. But it has made me feel so much better. That I will suck it up, swallow it with juice. That's my trick. I am on my second bottle, and I feel amazing. Within the first 3 days, I started to feel way more energy, my mood felt so much better, and my brain fog is considerably better. A plus for me, it takes away my hunger and cravings. I will continue to purchase.

UPDATE: I originally rated the product one star. I am also frugal when it comes to spending on supplements and requesting and receiving a refund on this item. I couldn't bring myself to throw it away despite my original complaint of the odor being so strong. The seller was responsive and quick, btw. So, I kept the bottle and decided to pinch my nose while taking these *organic* drops. *It can be difficult finding organic anything at a reasonable price.* Well these drops seem to work; I feel more energetic and sharper minded, more alert or awake after taking them. The trick for me getting over the odor wasn't to pinch my nose, but was to shake the bottle more vigorously before dispensing and holding my breath a little longer while letting the drops sit sublingual-y for several seconds more than usual. The taste and odor weren't as bad doing this; contrarily, the flavor tasted more like chocolate-raspberry, and sweet. I can't say though how my breath smelled--you'll have to ask my husband. In essence, I did receive this bottle for free since the seller refunded my original purchase, but I'm willing to have that refund reversed since the product has produced results after I take them. ********************* The taste, texture (unusual thickness) and odor (smells like a plant fertilizer) of this Vit B Complex are disgusting. With the scent + taste, I just about gagged after dropping it under my tongue. Unfortunately, this product isn't returnable. I should have read the one- and two-star reviews before purchasing; shame on me. I will be purchasing my past sublingual Vit B product.

I don’t think this tastes bad. Not something I would drink, but it is OK. Hopefully this will get my B vitamins up, being absorbed sublingually. We shall see in the next month or so. Seems to be a good value, and replaces three other capsules!

This vitamin Organic B Complex does exactly what it says it does I noticed on the third day a difference within my body. I will continue to order it. I noticed I have energy. I have lower back pain and it seems to be better and I have pain in my right hip and I noticed that when I get up, it doesn’t hurt as much and it taste good

This is a great product! I have been on GLP for a little over a year and have been feeling a little low on energy these long, cold, Ohio winter months. I actually asked ChatGPT (AI) for suggestions. It suggested adding a B-complex in liquid form. I read a bunch of reviews for different products and decided on this one. I am so happy that I did! From the very first use I felt much better. Not like crazy jittery energy. A nice, noticeable boost and also I found I had clearer thinking too! I had an important job interview that day and I was calmly sharper in processing thoughts. I haven't missed a day taking these drops each morning. It's so easy to use. Just make sure to eat a little something first like with all vitamins. I'm also a former skincare executive and this is such a super addition to my regimen (which I didn't even realize when I bought it). I very honestly have had several people compliment the "glow" and "natural radiance" of my skin the last few weeks. This is NOT a paid review and I don't usually even post one. I'm just happy I stumbled this product and wanted to share my experience.

Doesn't taste great at first, but you get used to it. Works well, you can tell a difference.
