This is a great sweetener to use without getting a chemical taste like erithrytol. I’ve purchased the granular product and the same results. This is forever on my grocery list

Wholesome Yum's Powdered Allulose is my favorite for one good reason: IT IS ACTUALLY POWDERED. I have tried multiple other "powdered" allulose products which are less expensive. By far, Wholesome Yum's version is the only one I have had success with when making things like homemade whipped cream. It is truly a powder, and blends into the heavy cream like a dream, leaving no grittiness behind. I have found that the two or three other powdered versions of allulose I have tried are still too granular in texture, and don't blend well with liquids that aren't hot. This powdered allulose is the real deal, totally worth the price, and the only powdered allulose I will ever use going forward. In my experience, all of Wholesome Yum's products are consistently high quality and stand up well in a myriad of keto/diabetic recipes. Highly recommend.

Allulose tastes so much better than erythritol-based sweeteners, which is what I've been using. I used the powdered allulose to make buttercream frosting, and it yielded a very nice consistency and a sweet-but-not-too-sweet taste. I took off one star because the product came in very dense clumps inside the bag and did not arrive fluffy and powdery like I expected. Once sifted, though, it worked very well.

Have been doing very clean carnivore then ketovore lifestyle . I have had severe reaction to every sweetener, even the ones off of the clean , acceptable list by health coach Maria Emmerich . As a last try I reluctantly ordered this allulose which was minus the monk fruit . I put some in my tea . I also made psMF protein pudding . I also made protein pancakes using it . No gurgling stomach . No running to the powder room . No watery eyes . No endless mucus . No ragweed allergy type symptoms like other sweeteners will do . This is 70% less sweet than sugar so you may need to use more. Also it made my protein pancakes brown alot more and very fast so keep an eye on your cooking to use lower heat and remove sooner from pan . I was jhoplesss and getting ready to accept that I just could never have anything sweet ever again . But now I am hopeful this will be the sweetener I can enjoy minus the crohns type symptoms which seriously affected my life on every level . I am so happy I tried one more time . I have Alllulose mixed with MONK fruit at home and can tolerate that a little . But I still have a reaction to the monk fruit . I had almost given up. Glad I tried one more time. The flavor profile is not as well rounded as when you combine this with a bit of stevia glyceirte , but since I am highly allergic tp that . I do not even care . I am just excited to be able to enjoy sweetness in my tea , protein pudding and protein pancakes now and no longer to be so sick and debilitated because of the severe reaction.

I was able to make fudge using this product and it turned out great! Very smooth and creamy.
