Love this item and wish I'd bought it sooner. I do find the heat can be very warm so can only use the higher settings over clothing. The vibration settings are far too loud to be used in public. This has really helped me at work though, it fits under my uniform discreetly (loose fitting) and provides the heat when I need it.

Very good gift for your partner or to get for yourself you’re a female. My partner finds it very useful whenever she’s on her period and says it helps with her pains. It also seems quite comfortable and it’s very straight forward to use and charge. Also has an adjustable strap for adjustment

Do not waste your money buying this product. It’s completely useless. Even though I adjusted the setting several times, I could barely feel any heat as it’s so subtle, it had zero impact on my pain. I still ended up taking pain medication which defeated the purpose of this gadget. The noise from the vibration was so loud that I could not use it at work and it’s very distracting. I also did not find it easy to use as the buttons are difficult to see. The battery does not last long either. This product is poorly designed and does not meet any of my expectations. A good old beanbag, heated in the microwave is far more effective than this gadget. I absolutely regret this purchase.

This was purchased for menstrual cramp pain. It heats up quickly & is discreet enough to wear under a top/jumper so no-one else can see you're wearing it. I bought the green one but was advised by my teenager that black might have been better to hide underneath her clothes. It's comfortable to wear for long periods of time & I'm happy she's taking less medication. Not sure the vibrate option is helping but for the extra £3 it was worth getting the better model as this can be used for back pain as well so may well still come in useful for any other pain relief. Well worth the money, very happy with my purchase.

If you suffer from endometriosis or terrible cramps in general you need this in your life! Trust! I have bought one for myself and all 3 of my daughters! Here are the highlights: *You can walk around with it underneath your clothes and it is completely hidden, with a looser shirt. So you can even wear it to work if you have a full charge beforehand. *With the flexibility of the elastic belt, it adjusts to fit all sizes, and I mean all! (Half of the extra belt left to expand on a 3xl) *You can make it tighter so it even applies pressure to provide extra relief, if that helps you. *It get hot really fast and the temperature can go really high. *It might not be comfortable on bare skin to all, I have a C-section scar from many years ago that gets annoyed when things touch it, so I need to wear the belt over yoga/lounge pants, instead of under them, like my girls can. I would add this as period present for any young person right at the start, so they can avoid ever experiencing the horrible pains that so many of us have to deal with.
