This item is in a nice heavy duty glass bottle. The juice does have an earthy taste., like fresh from the garden. I like beets and was not put off by the taste but some people might be. I expected the juice to be somewhat thick. But it was not . It does have some fiber and should be shaken before pouring. It did not have a grainy feel on the tongue however. Be sure to view the video to learn more about their family history and how they process the drink. I gave the juice a 4 star because this is something most people would like as a health food but the taste may not appeal to everyone. I thought the price point was good.
