My urticaria has returned in middle age (the hormonal swings leading up to the menopause are a common trigger) and I've been looking for natural ways to reduce the symptoms. I read that vitamin C helps to reduce histamine in the system by up to twenty percent so have bought these and already see a slight difference. I only ever buy from the Together range of vitamins as they are entirely natural so well absorbed by the body, unlike synthetic vitamins or those bulked out with talc and other impurities that Nature didn't mean us to ingest. I can also recommend their vitamin D to boost energy in the sunless winter months.

This the first Vitamin C supplement that hasn't given me acid reflux, irritated my bladder, caused loose stools, and given me insomnia. Its success probably lies in the fact that it's a food-based supplement rather than a synthetic one, making it easy to digest,plus it is in a sensible dose. I'm primarily taking it to boost my immune system and to prevent a tiny eye cataract from worsening. Will update this review once I've put it to the test. Meanwhile, I can say that my feeling of well-being and energy has increased noticeably after only a couple of weeks of taking this product.

A good quality product which I've taken for general health rather than because of a health problem. I haven't noticed any difference in the short term but then I hadn't expected to. There are not that many truly natural and absorbable vitamin products on the market so I will continue to take these. Liked the different packaging and didn't find opening and closing the packet much of a problem.

Good natural vit c. Easy on the stomach

Pricey but I like the all natural food derived ingredients, and it's still a lot cheaper than other well known American brands of similar ingredient. It might be worth noting that natural food derived vitamins are more bioavailable (easily absorbed by the body), which, as I understand it, is why you don't need such a high does as chemically lab made vitamins.

I would not recommend purchasing this product. There was an unpleasant, off-putting smell that raised immediate concerns.

Seem to be good quality supplements and good value for money! In a capsule so quite easy to take!

Wow really impressed with the design of this product. Unlike conventional C supplements this product does not repeat on one or cause stomach upsets. In most cases it can be taken alongside other medications where conventional vitamin C wouldn't.
