My search for the perfect humidifier continues... This is almost perfect, in terms of design style and size. Also, it's quiet. What doesn't work for me is the app controller, since my wireless network is apparently too fast for it, and I'm not about to slow the whole network down to control a humidifier. Normally I would just ignore that fact, but they did not build in enough manual control switches onto the unit itself, so I am unable to use the machine in the mode I need without the app. Most other humidifiers have 3 control settings on the unit, this sadly has only 2, so you can't run it for longer than 6 hours without the app. Eventhough the water reservoir and the humidifier both say that you can run the unit for up to 10 hours on low mist, it can't be set manually.

It's been very frustrating with this thing. Downloading the app is easy but the app is poor designed. Took a little bit of work to get the unit to connect. Once it is connected, you adjust all the settings and the app will say "success" when you turn it on, but nothing is happening. And then after you tried for the 100th time, it will suddenly work but I cannot find a repeatable way to turn it on reliably.Also, once the unit is connected to the app, the manual button stops working. I am returning this thing for a manual operated one.

Getting it set up was a breeze. It also works great with Alexa (which sees it as a light bulb but no big deal). One thing I would like to see integrated is the ability to tell Alexa how long you want to run the diffuser, instead of just on/off.

Haven't tried out the Alexa/app feature but works great just with the buttons on the device! Love all the different colors it cycles through and is very quiet when running.

Very quiet, great value, and you can even run it from an app on your phone.

BE WARNED- This item works but can not be connected to Alexa because you have to download its own app first and guess what? The App isn’t available in the UK! No warning in advert, so thoroughly misleading. Amazon check the products you sell by country not by profit margin!!!

Broke within four uses, smells like burning plastic. Return details are unknown and therefore I am stuck with a faulty product
