I give 4-5 stars for this product. For the price, it is a very well built recliner. Easy to assemble in 15 mins. The massage is obvious helping my back's blood circulation with the heat. I was a bit skeptical about the negative review of "only vibration, no massage" from one person. But in my opinion, with many months of chiropractic and medical massage service received for my back pain (due to auto accident), my back feels hot and itch every time I use the heated massage, meaning my blood circulation was very much better. Yes, so I give five starts on the overall rating. One weakness of this chair is that due to massage bumps installed underneath the cushion, I can feel the two big bumps underneath my thighs. Back and hip area are fine with more cushions. But, thigh area have two big bumps for massage with thinner cushion. So, it is a bit uncomfortable to sit without reclining position as I feel the bumps underneath my thighs whenever I sit on it. Also, massaging is a bit loud. When you watch a quiet drama on TV, this may interrupt your concentration especially on the headrest area. It is a bit loud (not louder than other massage chairs though) for a quiet time. So, I do massage in the living room not to interrupt other family members' sleep. The ivory color looks so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My two little kids (8 and 4 years) can sit together to watch a movie. With reclining position, this is the best recliner ever. I don't feel the bumps underneath my thighs. It is just well build as a recliner. I can't wait for this winter in upstate NY with heated massage every evening after work. Also about customer service, my first order had a defect on the right arm. Very soon, the email reply and exchange was made. Very effective and the delivery was right in front of my door in a few days only. The customer representative was very responsible taking care of this exchange request promptly. I give 5 stars on easy to assemble and sturdiness after using this recliner for a few weeks so far. I give four stars on comfort just because of the two big massage bumps in thigh area. Other that that, the price, the quality, the comfort are highly satisfactory. Thanks to the company. I have no regret on the purchase. And if I happen to move to a new house in a few years, I may purchase more of these again! Ivory color again!

I was hesitant to buy furniture on Amazon.However I have been searching for a recliner chair in my bedroom for quite some time now and have found that the prices are ridiculous. So I started searching on Amazon & came across this chair/reviews. The reviews & price are what sold this chair. However the true test was once the chair arrived, would it be as great as the reviews. And YES its as great as the reviews. Super Comfortable, all features work. I love the color ( light grey) & its the perfect size to fit in my bedroom! It swivels, reclines & rocks! Keep in mind this item IS shipped in 2 boxes. One box arrived 1 day & the other box to follow. Easy assembling as well. Quick delivery too. Great price. Absolutely love this recliner :)

When I went shopping, I was interested in a recliner that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. With the Esright I got a lot more. It's also a rocker - pleasant when I don't particularly want to recline. It swivels. And it vibrates and heats. All extras beyond recliner. And less money than I thought I would spend for just a recliner. The cup holders (2) and pockets(4!) are also a nice added feature. I love the look and feel of this chair. I had read it was easy to put together but I wasn't sure I believed it. You can believe it. I had a bit of problem with the back but another person helping (stopping the base from moving around) would have helped.A couple of things to keep in mind: This really isn't a massage chair which is why I used the term "vibrate" above. A massage chair, in my opinion, would have rollers that move up and down - you know, like you're getting a massage. Also the heat only warms the lower part of your back, nothing near the shoulders or back of the legs. The swivel is nice for some not so good for others. A friend of mine didn't buy this chair because he has a table on either side and he was worried about knocking them over. Some way to lock this feature would be good. It would be nice to stop it from moving around when I don't want it to.I have no idea how this will hold up since I've had it only a month or so but bottom line this appears to be a lot of chair for the money.

I've had the chair for 18 months and it is on it's last legs.. Originally the chair was very comfortable. However beyond that the chair is pretty much junk. The massage feature worked for three months. It is very noisy. After three months of use the mechanism started to make "crunching" sounds The rails that guide the rolling massage mechanism had twisted and was about to fall apart. I stopped using it then. After a year the swivel fell apart. I had ball bearings all over my office and the chair listed several degrees. Because the swivel has disintegrated which makes the whole chair list, when the chair is fully reclined and the list is added, the chair will tip over backwards if an adult sized person is in the chair. The chair itself consists of two arms and a back that slip together by sliding light metal rails together. The metal used for the rails is not sturdy and will warp and bend. Whenever the chair is moved it starts to come apart as there is nothing other than gravity and friction that holds the pieces in the rails. As the chair has started falling apart, especially with the list, it is no longer comfortable. The out-of-balance feel from the list makes it decidedly uncomfortable. Last, every month I have to turn the chair over and re-tighten the bolts that hold the chair frame together, otherwise the bolts will fall out and the chair body will collapse.Over all this is a $300 piece of poorly constructed junk that will start falling apart after a few months of use. I'll have to replace the chair in the next two or three months - if it lasts another two or three months. I do not recommend this chair.
