This book is excellent, from start to finish! I was hooked once I started reading, because it was so motivating from the beginning. The information at the beginning really set the tone and put me in the frame of mind to be open to what the book had to offer, and it didn't disappoint. It walks you through each area of life and provides time to actually think about each area. There are lots of inspirational images to help realize realistic tasks for each section of life.
