It looks, feels and even sounds cheap - it crinkles loudly when you touch it. It's the sort of thing you'd see on a market stall for a fiver. The case is almost see through, I wouldnt trust it to give my laptop much protection. I'm returning it and buying a decent quality one

Decent enough bag, but if the handles are out you can't use the two zip pockets - which pretty much makes the pockets useless. Very poor design...

Nice case. Fits my 19" laptop fine along with a note book. Carry handles and a long strap. Only criticism would be it's hard to fit charger, mouse and more than one book in etc. Love the design tho and well protected.

outer and inner zips were damaged, jumping through hoops while trying to get a refund and it's nigh on impossible, what a VERY poor service, pissed off doesn't even begin to cover it, definatley a thumbs down, what a waste of time and money.

Daughter bought with her Xmas money abd it very happy with it. The fabric is crinkly / noisy but she doesn't mind and fits her chromebook well. My only criticism is that when the small handles are used the side pockets can't be zipped up which is a shame

The case was a modern design, Granddaughter loved it. Inside there is room for the laptop and an area to put the mouse and her mouse mat, it has a shoulder strap, so easy to carry. Would definitely recommend for her age group which is six.

Brought this for my little girl to carry her little amazon fire tablet in. She loves it!Beautiful design, easy to carry, different pockets to carry things... brilliant.

Bag came exactly as expected. Printed picture was fine. Shoulder strap works well, as people have said, the handles can only be used if the zips are open. Not really a big deal as the side pockets still work, just not zipped up.Space enough in the main compartment for a Chromebook and the charger.
