I use many of the Eight Saints products, but recently added the Smooth Sailing Retinol Facial Serum to my nightly routine. I noticed immediate results in the texture of my skin with significant improvement in my fine lines. I was a little nervous to use retinol, so I started with 3 times a week, but have increased to every night with no irritation at all. My skin feels smooth and well hydrated. There is no sticky residue and no scent. It absorbs quickly into the skin and pairs well with the Smooth Sailing moisturizing cream. I love that it is made int USA and is cruelty free.

Lightweight -hydrating skin product! It is gentle be layered with other products. I have definitely noticed that it helps reduce fine lines around my eyes and firmer and smoother skin. It absorbs easily and does not leave skin feeling sticky. I have not experienced any dryness or irritation, and I use it every day. I am also impressed by the brands usage of clean ingredients. I am seeing a noticeable difference in my skin's texture and lines with this product. It's gentle enough to use around my eyes, face & neck and under my moisturizer in the winter. Especially this past winter in the NE part of the country. Nice consistency and almost no scent at all. I find it to be very effective. 6/3 Follow Up: I was trying to save money and ordered a different serum. NO WAY! After using it 2 times I sent it back for refund and put out the extra money for Eights Saints. It's far superior in texture and the hiding of lines on my eyes, face & neck. It's worth the price to me, absolutely!

I especially notice this when I go to bed—if I’m sleeping on my side and my face touches the pillow, it can feel a little tacky. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend using it during the day or under makeup. It definitely performs better as part of an evening routine where you can let it fully absorb overnight. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for a hydrating retinol serum that feels gentle on the skin and lasts a long time. Just be prepared for a slightly heavier finish, and plan to use it at night for the best experience.

Eight Saints retinol serum in my new favorite retinol skin care addition. I use this serum after face was, before moisturizer, and it leaves my skin feeling and looking refreshed. Did I mention this serum is absolutely incredible with its lightweight texture and fragrance free scent?! The serum is light and absorbs easily. The ingredients include natural extracts such a witch hazel, dandelion root, horsetail, with natural ingredients including aloe, green tea and geranium to name a few. This serum is a powerhouse of skin support. I have been using it daily for a little over a week , it is gentle on my skin and effectively reduced fine lines around my eyes and mouth almost immediately. My wrinkles/lines are 50% less pronounced than when I first started using this product. My skin looks healthier, feels more balanced and is definitely more moisturized. I am throughly impressed as this product is highly effective and has provided strong results for me very quickly. The dropper allows for easy application of the serum. Well worth the price to me , as my aging skin could definitely use the help that this serum provides with the ingredients utilized.
