First of all, the headphones are very-very decent. I use them at work for meetings. My favorite feature is the muting the microphone when I raise it up :) And separate appreciation to the EKSA customer service. It is just brilliant: very prompt and efficient. I was vert surprised how fast I received the reply. Just great!

Colleagues complain they can't hear me properly. Disconnecting randomly.

I'm extremely disappointed with the performance of this headset. The audio quality is subpar, with a persistent crackling sound that makes it difficult to engage in conversations on Microsoft Teams. The sound issues are consistent, and I've tried troubleshooting steps like restarting the device and adjusting settings, but the problem persists. Furthermore, connecting the device to MS Teams has been a challenge. The pairing process is unreliable, and the connection often drops randomly. As someone who relies heavily on video conferencing for work, this has been a significant productivity hindrance. The device's performance issues are particularly frustrating given its premium price point. I expect a much better experience, especially considering the importance of clear communication in a professional setting. It does block the external noise. So for that i give this 2 stars

Cuffie con rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto. Pregi: comode, eliminazione rumori di fondo ottima, la propria voce arriva chiara, ottimi bassi per ascolto musica, collegamento Bluetooth veloce e stabile, raggio connessione Bluetooth oltre i 15m, lunga durata delle batterie personalmente ne faccio un uso professionale intenso, c.ca 3 ore al giorno ricaricando una volta ogni 10 giorni. Viene fornita una comoda custodia per il trasporto Difetti, minor durata delle batterie ascoltando la musica, isolamento orecchie dal rumore di fondo buono ma migliorabile. Nel complesso la cuffia vale tutti i soldi spesi. La consiglio vivamente per conference call in open space o all’aperto.

I wanted a specific set of headphones, They had to be bluetooth, Cover the ears, Wireless, No "Handsfree" microphone is turns the sound quality down during a call and a microphone which can be muted by moving it about, the bluetooth range is really far, I walk around my office wearing them and the sound quality doesn't decrease with range, the quality of the sound for both music and voice calls is really good, I can play music during a voice call and the sound doesn't degrade, the battery life is really good and can last 10 hours constant use, USB-C charger for fast charging which takes an hour or so to fully charge, they're really comfortable to wear especially over long periods of time, It doesn't have a toggle noise cancellation mode but the foam ear pads do a great job at reducing outside noise, the only 2 points I wish was better, I wish the button on the side could be used to pause music / video to save using my mouse, and the microphone when in the up position has to be perfectly all the way up to ensure it stays muted, if it falls a little it unmutes, however neither of this makes me feel that I got ripped off, is genuinly a good headsest for the price and is fully worth it.

I ordered these mainly because of price and speed of shipping. I needed something quick and didn't have time to do a lot of searching. After using them only twice I knew they were keepers. Comfortable, easy for long wear. Great sound and good volume control. Definitely recommend.

Après avoir longtemps cherché un casque pour faire de longues visioconférence, voici un produit simple, fonctionnel, qui répond à mes attentes. Le fait de pouvoir couper le micro en levant le micro s'avère vraiment très pratique, voire indispensable. Par rapport aux casques avec des boutons, là, on sait immédiatement si le micro est "ouvert" ou "fermé". Le voyant de visualisation est rouge quand une conversation Teams est engagée. Également très pratique pour être immédiatement identifié comme "en communication, à ne pas déranger". Beaucoup de bon sens et d'utilisabilité dans ce casque. Un seul bémol, ce casque n'a pas de retour micro dans les écouteurs. C'est un casque englobant, qui coupe du bruit extérieur, ce qui est top ; mais vu qu'il y a deux écouteurs (contrairement au H1), le casque nous isole de notre propre voix. C'est un peu déroutant, comme de parler avec les mains sur les oreilles. J'ai essayé d'autre casques, mais je préfère ce désagrément mineur tout en bénéficiant de toutes les qualités du casque. Gros point positif. J'ai envoyé cette remarque au support, suggérant que le firmware du casque pourrait être amélioré pour offrir un retour micro dans les écouteurs, et les échanges furent très cordiaux, très soignés et j'ai même bénéficié d'une remise sur mon achat pour avoir contacté le support à ce sujet. Franchement, un support vraiment top. Vivement la version avec le retour micro, et le produit sera parfait. En attendant le produit parfait, je viens d'en acheter deux exemplaires de plus pour mes proches. La satisfaction est au rendez-vous.
